Dr. Grewal is the most patient, kind, and understanding doctor I have ever been to, and I love the personalized, non-rushed care I receive with every visit. She helps you get to the root of your health issues and seeks to help you improve your wellbeing through dietary changes, exercise, stress management, and more, not just with medication. I personally have experienced improved health since I've been under her care. So glad I found Dr. Grewal and I highly recommend her to all my family and friends!

Having been under the care of Dr. Grewal for the past six months, I have noticed the greatest enhancement with my function, and health & wellness. Dr Grewal is simply amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and thorough with her patients. She was always on time and spent good amount of time with us and made sure all of our questions were answered. She also explained everything so clearly until we understood. She followed up with me frequently to make sure everything was going okay. As someone who has worked with Dr. Grewal for two years, I have witnessed the power of the doctor-patient collaboration she creates. I especially appreciate her background as a MD-there’s comfort in going to someone who has education and experience in conventional and also holistic medicine. When she reads your lab work and other reports, she conveys information in a way that you can easily understand. To be honest, I was taken aback at first, because I was so used to being in a doctor’s office for a couple minutes, being given some prescription really quick, and given no advice for how to actually fix my problems. I had never known a doctor to take so much time for a patient, ask the questions she asked, or take a detailed look into one’s life like she did. The whole doctor-patient relationship was like teamwork-she guides and you follow her plans. I also learned that it's imperative to be honest with progress, especially if you feel unsure of something because this is a doctor that genuinely cares and wants you to get better. I wish more of our medical world practiced with her point-of-view.
I have been working with Dr.Grewal for one year now. She has helped me get off of multiple medications and as a side effect of her treatment program I have lost 30 lbs. The dramatic improvement in my husbands health is remarkable as a result of visits with Dr. Grewal! We wanted a provider who did not offer pain pills as a solution, and we grew hopeful when we heard about Functional Medicine. We contacted several providers but we knew Dr. Grewal was the right M.D. for us when we asked to be be put on a wait-list to get in to see her sooner due to unbearable pain, and she scheduled us on her day off which required her to make child care arrangements to help us! As a result of following Dr. Grewals advice and program my husbands chronic discomfort has gone from a 10 to never higher than a 1, and often the discomfort is non-existent!!
