We have been using Lawn Doctor of Cary-Apex for 2 years and our lawn has improved drastically. We still have areas that need help, but it's 100% better than when we purchased our home 4 years ago. We are very happy with the service provided by Victor and Chris and Victor always answers my emails very quickly. I would recommend you give them a couple of years and be patient while they turn your lawn into something you can be proud of.

My lawn never improved. After the last 5 months of Lawn Doctor services, and over $600 spent to date, the lawn is in terrible shape. The service provided by Lawn Doctor just doesn’t work, and Victor and their national customer service are both terrible. He also never answers emails or call you back, and today he actually hung up on me. Terrible service. I'm logging a case with the BBB.
