Greyhound Bus

My bus was Indian Trails. I am so glad to be able to visit my family across the state. The charging thing on the seats to charge my phone were not working. Other than that it was a good ride

I traveled from way down south Texas all the way to this armpit of a city and on the way to the northern states NONE of the bus stations were closed. This place was closed entirely because of covid they saidbut bigger cities and even small cities along the way were open and none used covid as an excuse to close. They never heard of masks in this dump? What makes them so special? I even asked to wait insidevery cold and snowing outside and the lady seemed indignant and insulted because I dared ask such a thing! I hope to NEVER return to this place. 5 minutes is all I needed to make up my mind of how I felt about this station and city.

I am aware that if you don't buy a flexible ticket, you are unable to get a refund if you cancel or miss your bus, but I wouldn't have thought they'd enforce that for when they THEMSELVES cancel the bus. We're down almost 150$ with nothing to show for it because they refuse to refund us for services they didn't provide. It's absolutely ridiculous.

The staff was friendly and professional. The facility was fairly clean and was quiet, no hub bub. The seating was adequate and sturdy. It got a little bit uncomfortable after a while, but it was ok. For a bus station, it isn't too bad.

This bus station was decent. They do have an office to sell or print tickets during ticket booth business hours. It’s called Trails something…. Waiting area is decent, enclosed to protect from weather. Wall charging available. Vending machines, bathrooms.

It is a bus station. If you have never been to a bus station that is good and I wouldn't recommend it. If you have you know exactly what you are getting. I would imagine having to ride a bus a long distance is already pretty depressing but add having to go to and wait at a bus station to it makes it especially bad.

Very clean and bus was on time, nice way to travel.
