It's actually not Greyhound Lines that stops here, but it's Vermont Translines. However they are partnered with both Greyhound and Amtrak and tickets for Vermont Translines buses are also available on both their apps/websites. Paper tickets for Vermont Translines are not sold inside the "station" so keep that in mind. There are also connections to the local transit system, the Green Mountain Express, as well as the Yankee Trails Albany-Bennington Shuttle. There are also no bathrooms or ATM machine here. The indoor seating area is also cramped & can get crowded during peak times. The lighting at night is also quite dim & handicapped navigation can be difficult. The staff here are nice and are in general pretty helpful.
Green Mountain Express is a connection station for travel throughout the region. Yankee Trails services this location as well. Visit Green Mountain Express on facebook for schedule and information on other services.
No shelter, no marking. To clarify the location, the bus stop is behind the headquarters of the local bus authority, hidden from Pleasant Street. And it's not even Greyhound...it's Vermont Transit Lines, whose bus and driver were fine.
Well located, clean, spacious, comfortable.
