Got my dad a ticket, the bus got to Dallas over two hours late and the connecting bus left now he is stuck at Dallas until the morning and this bus will add two days to his trip. They told me they would refund me then 20 mins later I have to go through a process and that wasn’t guaranteed. So if I want him to get here on time I have to buy a whole new ticket
Greyhound is the most unprofessional public transportation entity in the US. It is ridiculous that the agents don't know how to modify a ticket. Instead they continue to hang up on you, leaving you stranded only to eventually tell you that you must purchase another ticket to make it to your destination. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, just like your ATL station.
I’m looking at the reviews and unfortunately I’m on my way now. There are no rental car business with enough cars for a one way trip. I just pray everything goes ok, I haven’t taken a bus in years. When I did take one it was from Atlanta to Augusta Ga, this trip is from Clarksville Tenn to Augusta Ga. wish me luck.
The driver is very friendly and patient with the passagers
I wish the greyhound website had more details about the Clarksville exit 11 pick up location. There is no station. It is a park & ride parking lot with a bus stop style bench. It’s across the street from a shell gas station and a youth center. There is no info or signs or anything to let riders know they are at the correct location for a greyhound pick up.
Atlanta bus station has quite a few none travelers roaming around inside. Kind of scary for me. However I think it was very nice that when I reached Nashville they had us that missed our connecting bus to Clarksville transported to Clarksville in a nice car so we did not have to waite 24 hours to catch the connecting bus to clarksville.
Easy to pass by, not clearly marked for drivers. Its literally just a parking lot with two bus stop style benches. Dont kno why they keep moving it around town but its the worst version yet.
It's a empty parking lot! Only thing good was the bus driver. He was great! Glad to see the Lord working through us.
The driver seemed relatively competent, but the Nashville station itself is the saddest place on Earth. Dirty.
Because of working long hours I couldn't take my daughter back to school so she traveled using grayhound. It was the second time using grayhound and both times was horrible! The worst part no social distancing with is very important. Two people sitting next to each other shouldn't be allowed. I don't care how tired I am we will never use your company again.
