Griddlers Cafe - 10706 W. Greenfield Ave., West Allis

The food is good, the price is good, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. My coworkers & I order breakfast from this place often. The last 2 services has been horrible. The waitress messed up our to-go order then told us it’ll be 25 min wait for new side orders, because she needed to intend for the dine-in customers 1st... Mind you we were on our 15 min break just to pick up breakfast. She was extremely rude & had to sincerity about the mess up she caused. Recently “today” I called again to place a to-go order the same lady - placed me on hold for 5 mins then hung up in the phone literally, I called back she kept saying "hello" as if she didn’t hear me then hung up again. At this point I’m just over this place. There's many nearby restaurants for breakfast. The owner really needs to consider the staff they hire as the face of this business, because customer service goes a long way.

Great food and service! A lot of these Griddlers took over for George Webb. And they are MUCH better! My girlfriend and I eat at this one a few times a month and never have a bad experience. Good food, good prices, good service! Can't ask for much more out of a restaurant!!

I ordered a breakfast special here. Not "gourmet" coffee- overpriced for watery overcooked coffee. Bacon was crisp but paper thin. Eggs were as ordered but dripping in butter. Pancakes were hot but tasted like a box mix. Cheap pancake syrup. Will not return. Very disappointed, based on previous reviews. Wait help was courteous- the only reason I gave it a two star instead of a one star.

It was Good! I had the southern biscuits && my hubby had the cheese burger combo! It was a lot of food lol! The server was very nice and they were neat and fast! The food was very hot and good! I'm going back here again soon!

I've been to Griddlers a few times. And I have not yet at a disappointing experience with Griddlers. Different restaurants for different items. For a while Goodrich head excellent pancakes, but you save money they change an ingredient in their pancake mix. Now I do not order pancakes. There's sausage biscuits and gravy breakfast is excellent. That's what I had today. southern-style breakfast.

if I could put negative stars I would. This is by far the WORST place I have been too. For starters they had someone new and couldn't even get our drinks right then takes almost 30 minutes to bring it out to us, second when we ordered it took almost 1 hour to get our food. Someone that came with us to eat ordered the chili and the waitress comes out and tell us they ran out and had to put some in the microwave to heat up. Completely unprofessional. When we finally get our food she tells me my food hasn't even been started yet!! I ordered breakfast its the easiest thing to cook. By then everyone else had there food but me so I just cancelled my order, I didn't even eat I was just so angry and completely dissatisfied. I will NEVER be retuning to this location ever again and DO NOT EAT HERE!!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Mostly decent fair, reasonable prices. Hit or miss on customer service. When busy customer service seems ok but when not it's terrible. Four patrons including myself. Three servers and a host. Stood at host station for several minutes, knowing I was standing there a no acknowledgment. No welcome or hello. Sat down ordered my breakfast and a soda. Seems my server thought it was more important to go on a smoke break than serve me my soda. She stood just outside were I can see her. No offer on refills on my soda or coffee.

Came into Greenfield location Today and had the best time! Shared a laugh with the crew and enjoyed a hot well cooked meal! I really enjoyed the customer service of Ericka she has a great attitude!! Shes Definitely a reason for me to return!

I just had bacon eggs toast hash browns and coffee, much like George Webb only better portion and more reasonable, liked the meal great coffee and service. I will be back. My wife had chicken soup and grilled cheese, loved the soup but thought the cheese was a little greasy and overdone !!!!

The staff was nice, the food was good. They are not overly priced. They are quick to make the food and they bring your food to the table hot. You never get cold nasty food here. I love it here.
