Dr. Smith and Gillian are lifesavers. I needed to find a place for my elderly disabled mom to have a tooth extracted. Dr. Smith was unfazed by my mom's condition and explained how simple and straightforward a tooth extraction would be. Gillian was so sweet, helpful, and professional. She went above and beyond to soothe my mom's anxiety and make her comfortable. Prices were fair and I give this place my strongest recommendation. A gem....they truly care about helping people.
I've been going to Grove Dental for years. My whole family goes there. Dr. Frenzel is awesome. The staff are always friendly and caring. I'm someone who is always a little nervous about pain and they are very gentle. We've all had multiple different procedures and we have not had a bad experience with them. It also helps that they have every type of specialist you need in their group. Makes it so much easier. I highly recommend them.
My experience at Grove Dental with my daughter was nothing short of stellar. Everyone went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcoming. Everyone had a min to help. But Rebecca our care coordinator was AMAZING she is so good at her job. Answered any and ALL of my questions day and night promptly. She never left me wondering what next. If your looking for an Oral surgeon Dr. Smith is where it’s at. My daughter felt so comfortable with him and he made her feel safe. Thank You for all that you have done for my daughter and me. I highly recommend them a hundred times!
Beth and Dr. Moss are not only incredibly talented and professional, they are delightful socially and personally. I have never had a negative experience with either in any way. Beth is very caring and concerned to provide the best care possible and Dr. Moss is extremely capable. I would give them 6 stars out of 5!!
I have my regular dentist and I was able to get his dentist for my post work I am having done. I appreciate both men and their crew, everyone is pleasent and informational. Came back too this place when I had better insurance. Only had to leave previously because of insurance per employer. Happy my dentist is still there and I was able to go back. I'm good hands with this company.
Today I had a simple cleaning which went very smoothly. The hygienist did an excellent job. She was warm, friendly, and caring. The amount of routine paperwork at check-in was excessive. Many of the forms have been completed at past appointments. Much of the information requested is already in the system as it is requested on one form, but appears on another. The check-in process needs to be simplified. With new insurance coverage at the beginning of the year, office staff was unable to confirm that today’s service would be covered. This is a crucial factor in determining whether to continue as a patient at Grove Dental.
My experience with Dr. Taqvi and his assistant Dita was exceptional. I have gone to many dentists in many states over the years former military spouse and have always had good experiences, but what makes this experience exceptional was the teamwork between Dr. Taqvi and Dita. My goodness, they were in sync and flawless in their communication with one another as they redid an old filling. They also made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I was extremely impressed! I am so glad my son recommended that I give this dentist a try after my previous dentist moved away. Thank you Dr. Taqvi and Dita!!!
Nikki Stevenson did an excellent job working on my teeth. She made my cleaning very pleasant. She was very personable and put me at ease. I would recommend Nikki to anyone!!! Thank you
My daughter had wisdom teeth removed & we were required to pay upfront. Once we were home I called my my medical insurance who said they would cover it 100%. Grove never checked after I provide my insurance card and all grove could say was “BCBS doesn’t normally cover it so we didn’t check”. Every insurance policy is different which is why we have ID numbers. Just because bobs doesn’t cover it who said mine wouldn't? It took a month for grove to even send the claim to Insurance. I’ve been given the run around. Calls ignored. Emails ignored. I was told they submitted my claim as a courtesy, and should be grateful they did this for me. I asked to submit the claim myself and was told no they would not provide me the info specifically a npi number which is public info and can find it on google. Grove is holding my money until not only my dental insurance pays them but now also my medical insurance. I called to make sure the oral surgeon was in Network and my insurance said he was. Grove Dental said that if my insurance pays as in network that they will deny it as out of network. Mind you his contracts are regularly updated to show in network or not. Caren in billing is horrific to work with. Multiple people in my family go to grove and have all said since they changed owners this place is horrible. I’m fighting to get 1200+ dollars back that had their insurance department done their due diligence I wouldn’t have had to pay a penny. I shouldn’t have to do their job for them. My family will not be going back to this joke of a dental office.
My experience at Grove Dental in Bolingbrook was great! The front staff are friendly and Molly, my dental tech was super friendly and efficient. I always receive professional service here.
