I’ve been coming to shining smiles for a few years now and I’ve had 2 different doctors, both of which were fantastic, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. All of the dental assistants and reception staff are very helpful as well. Overall, I have always had a great experience here and I highly recommend going here
Dr. Salman and the staff are so caring and nice. Everything was explained in detail, and any concerns were reviewed thoroughly. Highly recommended team!
Highly recommend! We have been going here for the last few years, I travel 30 minutes to get there and will not go anywhere else. They’re polite, clean, and have never had an issue.
Do not take your kids here! Dr Solimen is rude, full of himself, and impatient. I have had multiple issues with this place. Over a year ago I brought both my kids in for an orthodontic consultation and they had me in for a cleaning and the orthodontist wasn’t in. After eventually getting the consultation another day I called and left messages for a year about setting up my sons braces appointment and no one got back to me. I recently came back because my youngest had an appointment we made a year ago so I decided to keep it. They did an exam and said he needed two teeth pulled. Made the appointment for that, when we got here the doctor wasn’t in for a family emergency. We came back the next day, waited to be called after people who arrived later than us, and were told he needed another exam and they didn’t have it written down that he needed teeth pulled… the thing we came here for. The doctor came back and I started telling him this and he said the longer he spends talking to me the longer it’ll take for him to see other patients and see if he has “time” for us. We were talking for a whole minute or less…. After agreeing to pull the teeth, they did the numbing and extracted one tooth. When he went to start extracting the second tooth my son lifted his arm and the doctor dropped his tools and stormed off saying he can’t work on someone who moves and refused to pull the second tooth. I was told I’d be referred to a pediatric specialist for this issue. My son is 10, he sat well through everything he doesn’t need a specialist… The doctor was rude and full of himself and was on a hands free phone all the entire time he was pulling the tooth… This place is so clueless and disorganized and rude.
My kids have been coming to this dental office for years. We are always well taken care of which isn't easy because I have 5 kids and most places are not happy to schedule all 5 on the same day. When they have cavities, the dentist always fits me in to make sure I am not making multiple trips. Our dentist is Dr. Solima. He is wonderful.
Highly recommend this place, I used to have a fear of going to the dentist, but the staff is very nice and enjoyable to be around, and are very good at their jobs, I am now very calm when I go knowing I'm in good hands, also I got tired of the insurance game and switched to their smiles program, if your paying too much for dental insurance like I was then I highly recommend looking into the smiles program
I am someone who absolutely dreads going to the dentist. However, I have had to go twice in the past few weeks for a crown prep which is automatically a longer appointment, as well as for a shorter appointment to have the actual crown put in place. Dr. Soliman is the only dentist in my entire life that not only put me at ease through the entire thing, but also got me laughing. I have never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist....BOTH times!! My hat is off to him and I can't thank him enough!!
This place is horrible!! I was there for 1 hr Dentist never show up at the room, this was the second chance because last time they make lots of mistakes, they not even apologize, manager is horrible irresponsible!! They never call you or let you know when is the next check up! Horrible place even employees talking bad about this place!! I have a pain on a crown they put on , and they don’t want to fixed the problem!!
It was a pretty quick and easy appointment. They played a movie and music while I was waiting and explained everything very nicely.
I have had a lot of work done here. Before coming here, I would be conscious about eating on a certain side of my mouth. Now I can eat on both sides of my mouth and I am confident. I also feel good, great people!
