Standing here outside right now in LINE. Theres barely any people inside probably 5 that i can see. Floor is empty and yet 20 people are in line waiting. Whats all this for? Appearance?

Something that I loved was the customer service of the sales agent who attended me Brian I'm not a fan of this brand, although they released a low top design that I loved.

I had placed and ordered for 4 weeks now. Still have not received it. I also called and email no reply. The lady that gave me her business card wont evem answer her phone.The first and last time I will ever order something from this store. I feel like I got ripped off. This is so wrong super wrong!!!!! I hope someone high up read this to help me find my product or refund me my money back!! It's not about the money is the fact that a company so high up there can make me feel so ripped off!!

Extremely understaffed - very long wait to get in to see poor quality bags. We waited in line for over 40 minutes because they only let 2-3 people in the store at one time. Visiting this store is definitely not worth the wait.

This high end designer outlet has the best customer service. The SA are all friendly and very attentive to your needs. 10/26/2019 Stopped by for the second time. There was a huge line, I forgot to ask why were we in line. My first visit was just a walk-in. This time I was helped by the SA Karen. She was wonderful I purchased two shoes!!!!

8/25/20: Very nice shop. I found great slip on shoes. The staff were professional, friendly, & very helpful. 3/31/21: I found 2 pair of nice sandals. May, 2020. My personal sales lady, Gita, found me this great tee in my size! She went in back & found it for me. This style was not on the racks out front! Pretty blue, green, & red. I was happy. 6/11/21: I love my windbreaker that i bought today.

Bad service on phone when trying to find products. Line out side for no reason to make it feel exclusive. Make it easy to shop or dont call it luxury

Please check your purchase before you leave, all the handbags have this mark on it and If you return for an exchange they will tell you to just use it and it will go away. Is this the kind of service that you should receive when you pay more than 2K for a handbag? Very disappointed.

Second visit here and the service was exceptional. It’s a high end store and I do believe the staff has learned to adjust to all walks of life, socio-economic levels, and appearances. Just came yo find an item to match up with another. I got what I needed and didn’t feel like I was less than the net-worth of the company or as if I didn’t belong. It was a smooth transaction making a purchase of some nice glasses. I’ll certainly be back. The well-versed manager on duty was awesome! Oh expect a line outside too…
