I scheduled an appointment and was literally in and out, even though I had a few tests done. The facility was clean and the nurse and doctor I met with were both courteous and professional. I didn’t leave with a ton of answers but am confident I have enough info to follow up with my pcp on. 4 stars, only because the woman at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. She did her job but she certainly didn’t do it with a smile.
I have been to GuideWell many times over the years and they have always done such an amazing job providing me with the best care. The nurses and doctors are so sweet and professional. They show empathy and truly listen. The last time I visited I was in and out within 2.5 hours. They gave me the antibiotics and pain meds I needed and I felt so much better when I walked out. If your sick and want excellent professional care and don’t want to wait 8+ hours at a hospital ER then you need to come to this place! You won’t regret it.
Excellent care for my 91 years young father today. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful and were extremely thorough while caring for my Daddy today and I am thankful beyond measure! The facility is immaculate and very comfortable. I scheduled an appointment at the last moment and we were greeted at the door and he was seen immediately upon entering. Wonderful, wonderful staff!!
Dr. Romney is an excellent physician. He demonstrated patience, competence, and had great bedside manner. He answered my questions regarding my mother’s condition. He listened to my mother. He examined her with an intent to truly assess. It actually felt like we were meeting with a doctor that was able AND willing to help.The X-ray tech was also very friendly...didn’t catch her name though. This was a much better alternative than going to the ED today. Very grateful for the service offered here. Thank you again Dr. Romney!
I called and made a same day appointment. I was greeted with a smile and seen promptly by the staff. The facility was very clean and spacious. I hadn’t been to an urgent care before and was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely recommend GuideWell if you need immediate treatment.
My second visit here for urgent care and both times the staff has been great, efficient and professional. I have not had any lengthy waits at all--I make an appointment online and I am usually in an exam room and getting attention within 10 minutes. I hate to go there--but it is always been a pleasant visit.
First time visiting a guide well office and I must say the experience was amazing. The paperwork was easy and fast to complete. There was no wait time. And the staff there was very friendly and thorough. Went to my primary care office and basically got a brush to the side but here at guide well they did all the necessary test and gave me a diagnosis that fit my symptoms completely along with the prescriptions that are needed for me to get better. Any medical needs I will for sure be going back.
The staff really went out there way to help and make me feel comfortable. Ms.Ebony the reception gave great depth in information and assistance. The only thing was the wait time. It was longer than expected, but overall great experience.
My experience with GuideWell was great. They were very prompt, careful and quick to have me tested, with an accurate diagnosis and a clear forward plan. They also, ran to get in touch with the nearest ER and provide all info, which helped quite a bit my treatment there. I only have good words about whole team who took care of me at GuidWell. Thank you.
This is my second time coming here and the service was still the same, very friendly people, excellent service, and clean waiting area. The Doctor took his time explaining my diagnosis, and he was very professional.
