If you want a place to live in turmoil. It's ok. Gate hasn't worked in 2 years. The new owners perspective lists the wrong electric Co. The wrong place to submit your lot rent. They are slum lords
Been fixing trailers, this is a cute little park the only down fall is there are abandoned trailers full of trash and food that stick and have rats in them.
I've been doing some remodeling there and everyone is so nice and polite.
keep away, from this park, at all costs, unless you want wendy the owner to rob you blind, an evict you, ignore every call u make to her, i own lot 20 , it isnt for sale, it is not abandon, you cant ever get any replies back from wendy or the mngr who never knows anything, i never had issues with my lot rent til this teif bought the park, as soon as i paid my lot rent in the online app, there always has been issues on her end, i proved my payments through my bank statments, we didnt have legally enough time to fight the eviction, because i was defaulted before the time allotted i didnt get time to even get my court date yet, which i haf legally 25 days exluding weekends, LOT 20 IS owned and not abandoned or for sale, we cant even be on the lot, so how can we have abandoned, ,BE AWARE stay far away, from this park .. the owner does not care for you. or the park, in whichthe tenent there sued her, an we are suing now, class action suit is being brought agaisnt her ..
From what I could see it's a nice small tight knit community. Everyone knows everyone else and also most of the news within. A small gated older mobile home park. West of US 19 in Hudson Florida. Presently several mobile homes for sale. A good snow bird community. Unknown about other particular issues or information, the people I spoke with were friendly.
The phone number doesn't even work. When I call it rings then says my vall cannot be completed as dialed. Wth
Excellent location, friendly Homeowners, so much to offer, the home was ready to buy, absolutely ready to move here, we can walk to the Gulf and enjoy!!
