i wish i could give this place 0 stars. first, the dr did not care about our concerns at all. When we explained our symptoms she cut us off, and jumped to the first conclusion she thought of. When we tried telling her we would like a blood test to determine if my partner had diabetes. Our concerns were not listened to at all, in fact, neglected. She sighed every time we would mention something new, barely spoke a word to us, and when she did it was condescending. Second, the communication in that office was absolutely horrific. The receptionists were telling us one thing and then said “oh we meant this not that”. if you “meant this” then why didn’t you say it in the first place? We ran back and forth from the office to the hospital because they weren’t communicating once again and didn’t give us the paper work. So, we went back to get the paperwork we needed just for them to tell us we can’t even get the test done today because it needs to be scheduled. WHY WAS NONE OF THIS MADE KNOWN TO US?!? we were constantly scrambling and looking stupid because the office did not tell us what to do or where to even do it. So, we left with basically nothing done for us. Only thing that did get done was a blood test done by another NICE lady in a separate lab from the office itself. Like, the woman doing the blood work was apologizing for how much the ladies at the office were making us run around and not telling us anything. Overall, it was terrible and I will not be coming back. Honorable mention to the tall nice nurse that listened to our concerns before the Dr, she was wonderful and I wish she was the dr…

Liked the doctor well enough, but I was just told they only do telemedicine on fridays.  This is my only day off so I can't be seen in person at this office.  I have to find a different doctor now.

From the rude office staff and unknowledgeable physicians, I don't know how this place is still in business.

They want to make the patients do their job for them. I called to ask for information on my xray I had done over a week ago. First of all, the nurse I spoke with was extremely rude! She spoke to me like she had a problem with me calling for information, then she acted like she had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and wanted me to do the running around to figure it out. It takes weeks to hear back from anyone, if at all!   This office just does not care about their patients... Complete waist of time and money!

I went in on Monday I've been experiencing pain I was told that they were going to call I. Some meds to the pharmacy I've called almost every single day and I'm told they will resend it and as of today which is Wednesday going Into Thursday I still have not received any medication and I'm still in pain . They should refund me my payment for the office visit . It was anti inflammatory meds I need they should probably be shut down due to lack of patient care I will be filing complaints with the  health department and all govt agencies which this office  has to answer too. The five patient rights were not met .

I don't understand how this place is still in business. Its been 5 days since my wife's appointment, we spoke with a doctor, and they still have not called in her meds. They do not return calls, they put you on hold for long periods of time and then just hang up on you. Its really sad because peoples health and well being rests in their hands. There is no compassion in their care no concern for the patients who rely on them to their job. I wish there were more places in Orange for people to receive care but this is one of the only places in town. We've called multiple times with no real answer as to why we are still waiting. This is not the first time we have received poor treatment here, and enough is enough. I hope management will take a good look at staff like Tiffany who are rude and dismissive to patients in need. We will no longer be using this clinic and will advise any and everyone we know not to use them either. Just drive to Beaumont.

I was seeing Mrs.Tenika if that’s how you spell her name and she was great, but it’s impossible to get an appointment and when you do call, they’re rude. Especially the nurses!! The nurses do not listen to you and speak to you like you’re dumb. I honestly don’t recommend them anymore because there are more cons than pros to this office.

Stole 3 payments of 10$ from me so a total of 30$ and it has still not been refunded almost a month swiped card 3 times and the machine waa down and they are trying to tell me they only me 10$ when it cleared my bank 3 times of 10$ so u owe me 30$ back and then tried to tell me they would send a check to the patient i was picking the medication up for no that is not whos card was swiped and i want my money back period and then get a call today that the last 4 of my card isnt even found well something needs to be done and my money back yall quick to take someones money but when it is proven that yall took it from someone its no where to be found.  Very discusted not happy when money is stolen from me.

I had a good visit. The only thing was I had to wait 1-1/2  hrs before I was called back. I did see Dr. Morgan. We talked and he gave me thinks to think about. He said he was going to get my meds done and hopefully back by Friday.  He also suggested that I see a therapist and it was setup for Thursday. I found out when I got home it was setup for Silsbee, Texas. I can't do Silsbee because I have no way to get there.

I do not recommend this place at all I came in early for walk in for my anxiety attacks & high blood pressure . She told me she couldn’t see me bc they didn’t have no doctors in today what the heck I take random medicine & they couldn’t even take me in for my appointment this is crazy
