Gutter Doctor Inc.

I am a contractor in the Tampa Bay area and as such heavily rely on affordable, reliable, and quality sub contractors to facilitate completion of projects in a satisfactory manner, in regards to both time and quality. I can not speak on the later since they never followed through on the first point. After reaching out to Gutter doctor and leaving a voice mail I received a phone call back and had a relatively good conversation with the owner. She implied she might be able to take a look at the job the following day Saturday but if not then Monday. She also immediately advised me they were scheduling a month and a half out. After the initial shock of having to wait that long I agreed to the meeting and estimate since I needed the work complete. I heard nothing on Saturday or Monday for that matter, and when I called Tuesday she told me that now she couldn't take a look at the job for the rest of the week and maybe even next week and that instead of a month and a half out they are now 2 months. This after I pleaded with her to get me on the schedule sight unseen, contingent on an official estimate, just to ensure my place on the schedule. Which she would not agree to. The problem is these types of subs will string someone along indefinitely, while at the same time extending the start time until it's too late to find someone else because you've just committed 3 weeks of your time to a company with no sense of urgency or consideration. I would say proceed with caution and be super flexible on not only getting them out to estimate but also getting them to put you on the schedule this milenium.

Excellent prices and even better service. Very pleased after choosing Doctor Gutters Inc for gutter installation on my new construction home. I shopped around and received quotes from several companies, but in the end, Doctor Gutters Inc quote beat them all! Wonderful company to deal with. The owner was very helpful in designing the gutters and downspouts we needed to control the rain coming down our 9/12 roof. Showed up on time, cleaned up the area and left us very satisfied.

Excellent! Great combination of quality, price and customer service. Other companies tried to quote me extras I didn't want or need. The quote was straightforward and fair. The crew showed up as promised, on time, and worked through some lousy weather, but still completed the job quickly and carefully. Definitely recommend.

This company is great. Julie was very thorough and quick with the estimate, then 3 weeks later the gutters were up and looked great. I definitely recommend them and will use them for all my gutter-related needs
