Great sales teams at the Stamford, CT Gym Source. I built two complete gyms close to $20k and when I would have to swap something out or had an issue, they took care of it immediately. Andrew was a big help on the heavy duty stuff. Thanks for all the help and suggestions!
After many positive, consistent dealings with Gym Source in Stamford this year, I can honestly say that I wouldn't go anywhere else for my home exercise equipment needs. 1. The Stamford sales team, Andrew and Erik, are knowledgeable, easy going, patient, and helpful. Erik initially steered me to the perfect True treadmill for me. Any requests were addressed by them cheerfully and proficiently such as when I needed to change my delivery date multiple times… 2. Gym Source delivery and assembly has been professional and flawless. 3. The only time I had a mechanical issue, the Gym Source service department came out quickly to assess, and it was repaired expeditiously. 4. The location in Stamford is easy to get to, with ample parking. 5. While the prices are not "big box store" prices, the Gym Source sales are fantastic, , and you can often get what you want at prices competitive with, if not lower, than from other places. Plus, you get exceptional customer service and support. I highly recommend!
My wife and I recently bought a treadmill from the Gym Source, and we had an extremely pleasant experience. Erik was very knowledgeable and spent about a half hour going through the various features and benefits with us. Delivery was very prompt as well. I would recommend the Gym Source to anyone looking to purchase fitness equipment.
One of the best most knowledgeable equipment dealer. They stop, and take the time to address and make sure everyone is helped, even during busy hours. They do their best to accommodate different budgets and make sure you get the best equipment you can get with your budget. Equipment sold is all of the best, top of the line. It doesn't get better than their equipment sold. The level of service provided by the Gym Source staff goes above and beyond what is needed. The atmosphere is a relaxed and down to earth feel. You aren't pressured into buying anything. It's nice to walk into a place and just be helped and guided, feeling free to leave without buying anything. They are an example of what customer service and sales should be.
I have worked with Gym Source in Stamford many, many times over the years. I keep going back for several reasons. One, because of the manager Chad Ripley. He is just a great person to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly, and just not pushy at all. Two, they only carry top quality brands, and there is plenty to choose from. Three, their service is outstanding. Everything I have ordered has been delivered and assembled as promised, which I find to be a rarity these days.
A huge Thank You Andrew for helping us set up a new home gym. You patiently answered my many questions and thoughtfully helped us make the best purchases possible to meet our needs. I've shopped here for years for smaller gym pieces which led me back to your shop because the service is great!
Andrew Weinschenker was very knowledgeable about the equipment and very helpful to us as we considered the purchase of a True treadmill. He also described purchase options of which we were unaware.
