If anyone is looking for a party venue, stop looking now! The Italian Center is where you want to be. We had our son's First Communion party there, about 60 people, and everyone left extremely satisfied. The food was fantastic, the service amazing, and Anna and the rest of the staff was a dream to work with. I can't recommend it highly enough!
The party I had planned was cancelled by the original location a week before the event--- I spoke to Jill and Brian at the Italian center who jumped into action! I can't thank them enough for their hard work and help in getting me the info I needed to make a decision in such a short amount of time. Strongly recommend the IC!
We hosted the umbrella club annual raffle with approximately 350 people. The food was outstanding the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to everyone of our needs. Anna does an amazing job with her attention to detail.
Joind last year for the swimming. I got great use out of the lap lanes almost every day. I find the indoor pool to cool & moved to LA fitness for my winter swimming. Locker rooms at IC are well kept.
We recently joined the ICC and I've enjoyed the Gym and my son is doing great in his private swim lessons, can't wait for the pools in the summer! But, prior to joining I enrolled my 3 yo into Education Center in October and we couldn't be more happy with everything from the management to the teachers to the curriculum and campus. Every person that my son encounters from drop off to pick up, actually care about him. He has flourished and every day he thanks for finding the best school. He has made new friends, grown with independence and learning and he absolutely loves his teachers. I cannot recommend Education Station for your toddler enough!
Very recently joined the Italian Center of Stamford. So far I have been pleased by the facilities. Grounds are well kept and there are always plenty of seats by the pools. ... been swimming laps regularly and like the fact that several lanesare reserved for adults only. We have yet to try the snack bar but there are always open tables for standard fare. Plenty of parking.
I attended an even here this past weekend and the staff members were very rude. My group had been having events at the italian center for years. Apparently the center has switched over to new management and we are sad to say that we will never be coming back and having events here. Our time to leave was 12:30 and we were playing one last song. The staff cut the music at 12:28 while everyone was still dancing and the band was still playing. It was very rude and disrespectful. We are sad to say that we will never recommend this hall to any of the people in our community and will never use this hall again. So sad to see such a beautiful place go downhill.
We are new members to the IC, joining in the Spring of 2021 and honestly, I’m not sure why we didn’t join sooner. Our experience has been fantastic thus far. During the summer our family used the pools several times a week, where we relaxed and had fun with some of our favorite people, made several new friends and reconnected with friends we haven’t seen in a while! Our kids take swimming and tennis lesson and are making excellent progress in both. We also love attending the family nights out.
Terrific Daycare Service -- We have had our two children at IC for the past 18 months and couldn't be happier. The administrators are very accessible and communicative, the teachers are very loving and caring, and there are great perks of being at the IC. For instance, kids get to take swimming lessons with the staff at the IC pools; there are opportunities to get delicious multi-course, pre-made dinners just pop in oven! 2-3 times per week of course, always italian food!; and so forth. We love it, and are going to get a membership now that Covid is ending so we can further enjoy this great community!
