We came in today to test massage chairs and I wanted to give a shout out to Chuck F who was super helpful and explained everything to us, he was really patient and friendly and didn’t rush us to make any decisions. The store has a good selection of chairs to try. Will be back if we need anything else!
I bought a new Matrix treadmill last week and can’t wait for it to be delivered. Chuck from the store in Princeton was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient and answered all my questions. If you’re in the market for a new treadmill, I highly recommend heading over for a visit!
We just bought a Matrix Ascent Trainer. Chuck helped us explore all the different options and was very patient and knowledgeable. Delivery called right away to schedule. So far everything has gone smoothly and the store seems committed to customer service. All positives to date.
Chuck was super helpful and knowledgeable with helping me find the best bench and leg extension for my gym. He went above and beyond to help me get everything all the way to my car. He was super friendly and absolutely loved the store. Chuck made it a pleasurable experience, I’ll definitely come back for other equipment I might need. I recommend this store highly!
This company is the real deal! My advice is that you don't wast your time going to anyone else for quality Gym equipment! From the moment I called Gym Source I knew I was going to be an extremely satisfied customer. The salesman David Siegel was extremely courteous, knows his products well, and was prepared to answer all of my questions. I called him on a Friday night and had my machine delivered and installed within just a few days! The delivery team led by Angel was also outstanding! They arrived promptly on schedule, were careful with the delivery, and had the machine set up in no time. Angel was very familiar with the Octane 37xi and was singing its praises the entire time his was here. He also was promoting Gym Source as a top rate gym equipment company, and I have to agree with him! Both my wife and I used the new machine again last night and are extremely satisfied with not only the product, but also with the entire equipment purchase experience with Gym Source. They have earned our business for life! Tim P
We recently purchased a TRUE treadmill and our experience and service were great. I worked with David who was super friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He followed-up with me after purchasing and was really committed to making sure we were happy. Delivery and set up was great too. Definitely recommend!
I have dealt with Gym Source, Princeton Location, in the past with great results. Recently, with the closing of so many gyms as the result of covid19, I purchased additional equipment. Andrew and Chuck were a pleasure to deal with.. They walked me through the equipment that I was ordering As busy as they are they made the time to help me with the order. Highly recommend this store. A huge thank you to both of these gentlemen for their patience and help. Just wanted to update the great service provided by Andrew and Chuck. They were able to get me all the equipment I needed. I love my home gym and the freedom of exercising anytime during the day. Anyone looking for gym equipment knows how scarce it is, with some stores increasing the prices, not these guys. Be patient, its worth the wait.
I stopped into Gym Source for a spin bike based on the Google reviews and they did not disappoint. The sales associate, Dave, who happens to be a biker, and terrifically nice, spent a ton of time with me to explain my options and recommend a bike that was a good fit for me. I wasn’t ready to buy that day but felt no pressure to rush things. When I returned a few weeks later, Dave wasn’t there but the manager was and he was just as nice. I ordered the bike, which happened to be on sale. Delivery was on the day I chose and within the window they gave me by email two days before. The only issue was the bike was delivered without the manual, but Dave followed up with me via email and sent me a PFD copy. Although I think we all need to do some homework before buying large pieces of fitness equipment, the guys at Gym Source were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Kudos.
Gym Source was recommended to me by several neighbors, and with good reason. The salesperson who I'd later learn is the store manager was informative and helpful without pressing for the sale. There were more expensive models than the one I was interested in, but the salesperson didn't try to persuade me towards the higher-end model. He listened to my needs and answered my questions honestly. I was able to try out the treadmill for a test-run. I left to think over my options, and was able to call back and make my purchase over the phone. Delivery was well worth the extra cost, on time and completely set up. Gym Source also handles maintenance, since they focus on heavy equipment unlike a sporting goods store. So if I have any problems, I know where to go. Thanks, Gym Source! The treadmill made an excellent holiday gift!
If you're in the market for any sort of home gym equipment this is the place to go. My wife and i drove 40 minutes from PA to come here and we're glad we did. We ended up buying a True treadmill from David who did an awesome job showing us a couple of models to choose from. There was no hard sell. He respected our space and when the time came to do the deal it was seamless and easy and the delivery guys were professional, showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Turned out the be the best buying experience so far in 2019. Give these guys a try.
