I don't use curbside and I wish HEB would do all of their shopping for curbside customers very early in the mornings or very late in the evenings. That is a very busy store and the curbside shoppers cause a ton of congestion for regular shoppers. Just today I stopped in at about noon for about 20 items. Ten of those items were blocked by large carts loaded with curbside orders. Some of the shoppers were very cordial and accommodating, others ignored me or were rude. This is not a positive for HEB. Most shoppers have a real problem with having to maneuver around all the additional large cart traffif.
H-E-B doesn't miss. It's like they personally know what I like, and what I came to buy is always available. Don't know how they do it.

I've used Curbside twice now. The first time they forgot to give me my bananas. The second time they gave my 4 items of bad produce. Won't be using Curbside again. Delivery is always outstanding though.
