Very close to authentic flavor-Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang. Wish they have chilli sauce ơt sa tế. Overal this is a great hu tieu place in Houston. I have Hủ tiếu khô dai dry clear noodle and they come with a soup bowl with xí quách. Great portion!

Very authentic flavor, 80% as close to the hu tieu nam vang that I’ve had back in Vietnam. Service could be a little slow because they only have 2 servers. Mung bean milk is really tasty. They won’t give you a check at the table so you have to pay at the register. I’m not from Houston so this is kinda foreign to me lol.

Great soups. Very traditionally made and flavorful. Staffs were extremely friendly and clean facility. We could tell the attention of care made in the broth. Highly recommend.

To Hien Duong, According you review on this, I think you’re accidentally misunderstanding. First of all, I think they are having a little mistake for helping you check-out. If they have many problem like your situation. I think they will be complained by many people. And they are not able to run their business for many years. Second, for the portion, In my opinion, the taste is like authentic Vietnamese style. I admit that the staff sort of slow. I guess it could be crowded and busy at the time you came. My experience to enjoy their food is stable not too light, or salty. You should talk to the owner before posting the bad review. It could be affect their business, I think you’re not a good person :

My family and I love this place. The soup is great. There is one person complained the food there but i thought that it was wrong because the most peoples were reviews good with this restaurant.

Beware of this place . I went with my families six people after eating my mom came paid already but I didn’t know then I go paying for that . After that when I talk to my mom and she told me already paid . Food is small and taste like water . Servives extremely slow and not good at all but still asking for at least 15 % tip Ps : Shrimp very small and not fresh .
