Honestly i had been going there for 19 years but the doctors were good its just the staff. they discriminate and change your appointment times. the doctor told me he wouldnt receive me because i lose my appointments and im always rushed when its my appointment. I have been asking repeatedly that i need prescriptions and they dont do it. i went to the er because i had an emergency you know the hospital did more and even extra than what this clinic did.

This place is wonderful! Everyone I interact with shows genuine friendliness and concern. My doc has me taking better care of myself than I ever have before. This is one of those places where you're sad if you ever have to end up moving away. I strongly recommend this primary care practice.

These guys can't even be bothered to send out a prescription in a timely manner. Every time I need one filled they take days or sometimes weeks to send it out if they even send it to the correct pharmacy in the first place. I'm on day 3 with out meds because of their laziness and ineptitude. All IHA services, from the specialists to the hospitals, are like this. They are completely disorganized. I'm done with them.

You have 4 minutes with a Dr. It will most likely never be the same dr good luck with actually seeing your primary dr unless you want to wait 6 months. Doesn't matter what your problem is if you need a referral 4 min you have kidney problems 4 min need help with anxiety 4 min can't sleep 4 min. There office is just herding people like cattel. And are one step bellow concentra. This place is a prime example of what is wrong about are Healthcare systems in this country.

Wanted to try out this clinic so I booked an annual check up. Was given the lab results with no context. No-one followed up with me to explain the results. I booked a follow up so someone could explain the results to me and was charged ridiculous amount for a 10 minute call. Found out all i needed to know about this clinic, so i'll go elsewhere.

Been with the group for awhile. I had Dr. Daniels who I miss so much. Now we have Dr. Palatte good doctor. Great experience. Well there may be a doc or 2 they could leave behind but for the most part docs and staff are great. And I absolutely love Marianne the nurse !

The Doctors there are great! However, the staff is awful!!! I've been having a non-stop headache/migraine for the past 3 weeks and Dr.Kahn did all that he could to figure out what was/is going on. He had one of the nurses set up a CT Scan for me, but the office never sent the referral to my insurance company for them to approve it. So I had to reschedule my CT Scan 3 times now and they finally sent it in. A problem that could have been solved weeks ago has been put off because something is wrong with the staff. And then my husband called to complain and they had the nerve to blame it on the insurance company!!! The doctors are great, but avoid this office at all cost!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful and thorough Experience as we both were accepted as new patients with Dr. Suzette Lavigne. I feel our healths are in fine caring hands with her and her staff. Thanks to the MA AleshaI apologize if I mispelled your nameyou were Awesome!

They misunderstand things and put it on your chart and lie then when you try to get it took off your chart they act like they can’t do it they are putting false information on your health chart and I have been trying to get it corrected for some time now

These people are SLOW! Why do I need to make an appointment a week in advance to get a simple TB test which takes approximately 2 minutes to do. And then when I come back to get it read which is when they literally just look at your arm and make sure there was no reaction I have to wait over 20 minutes. Completely ridiculous that they are so inconsiderate of their patients time.
