Been in this store 3 times this week for a party I’m planning and the crews there working have absolutely zero customer service. They all act like they hate life and they want you to walk out of the store feeling the exact same. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store which to a massive corporation is nothing I get you would think a cashier would at least acknowledge my existence while checking my items. No eye contact, no thank you, just says absolutely nothing while handing you the receipt and gives you a “go to hell look.” This is the feeling and treatment I get every time I leave this establishment. It’s like a twilight zone episode. I walk away scratching my head going “Why the hell did I come in here when I could’ve ordered it off Amazon for cheaper.” The good news is I got what I needed but from now on I will get what I need of Amazon and won’t have to be put through this again.
We were able to find the exact item we needed to finish off a Halloween costume! Good price too!
The store is nice, clean and the staff is friendly. They are never out of stock on the things im looking for, i just wish they were a little less expensive or had more bundle options.
Went in for 6 balloons today. One is already on the floor, won't be usable for tomorrow. I waited for way to long for the kid to fill the balloons. Instead of getting everyone's balloons filled quickly he talked back and forth between the cashier and his mic about another person's resume while we all just stood there waiting. He named off this person's first and last name and his qualifications/ past job experience. Very unprofessional and should not have been discussed in front of everyone.. at all really. Should be for the hiring manager only. Either way at least just get through the line first and then gossip privately. Hopefully the rest of the balloons hold up over night for my son's pictures tomorrow. If not it'll have been waste of money. I'll be going to the dollar store next time.

I want to thank the “Dalmatian” and the entire staff who worked yesterday. They went above and beyond to open my gender envelope and to create a beautiful mystery box for our gender reveal last night. They made sure I didn’t see any clues that may ruin the surprise and they called me when they were finished and helped load the box into my car. It was such a pleasant experience and we really appreciate the help making this a special surprise for our family. It’s a BOY!
Very nice store. The staff are helpful and friendly. There are a lot of variety to chose from for party theme. A wide range of things to get for everything you want. Some things are cheap and some are expensive but it is reasonable.
We love party City. I didn't realize they had moved tho.

I can always count on party city to have the random item I'm looking for! Not only did they have a cheaper solution than what I was searching for but it's actually much cuter than the original item I wanted!
