Awesome store with a very friendly and fun Staff. They can help make your Party Amazing.
First time visiting and I was amazed by the assortment of party supplies! Went in during Halloween and I was blown away by all the choices of Halloween costumes, party goods and Halloween Props. Will visit again. If you love Halloween, definitely check it out, won't be disappointed by goodies.
Not very friendly. Sent me down a path to find what I was looking for. When I asked for personal help employee showed me something I wasn't looking for. Not even close. And, No halloween decorations worth buying. This used to be such a cool store.
Great place to get almost anything you need for a party or a costume. Helped us out on some.lastinute items for RenFest this year. Good people.
I love the selection but I'm not sure about the service and the feel of the place. They need an uplift which means a little better feel when you walk in. The impression of a store is everything and although they have a variety of products it's hard to get a round the store with ease and see the selection. The store is cramped and it's just uncomfortable and looks unclean all the time. I don't think I've ever received a warm welcome from anyone when I've been in there. I know I tend to buy and look more when I feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest I've never gotten that feel from this business. I will say this I will be shopping here for my sons 10th Birthday and I'm thankful the store has a great selection and that there here in Salina that's some of the pros of this location. I'd like to see it look a whole lot better and see the service improve dramatically on all levels. The cleanliness and look of the store has to be better it's just not up to par at this point. I really like the selection it's just impossible to get comfortable and enjoy some time to actually look around with the narrow isles and the tight space.
It is sad that this location is closing but I think they priced themselves out of business. $10 for 8 throwaway champagne glasses is too high
We didn't just leave out with just a costume, but we loved the customer service! It's a great place to go for all the stuff you need!
