Wonderful staff, the owners spend hours looking for the right kind of costumes, decorations, and props for every type of person. There is always someone there to help you and they give great discounts! To comment on the costume sizes, they are made in China, like most costumes, and different from manufacturers. The men’s is probably safe to go one up. Just like any other type of clothing you should try on first. Brands can tend to vary a bit with size. There is a fitting room and people are allowed to try on costumes. And as long as the product is not damaged or within a few weeks of closing, exchanges for a bigger/smaller size in the same costume are available.
today i had a bad experience at halloween express. i was cheated out of my money. I was paying with a 20 for a 7 dollar item. she gave me my change which was incorrect and i tired to explain to her that i handed her a 20 but she insisted that i gave her a 10. i even tried to explain to her that i know how much money i gave. but still she refused. kinda upset. telling my friends and family not to shop.
Only saw one employee the whole time who did not acknowledge our existence, zero deals for everything being nearly triple the prices you can find online or at walmart. Thoroughly disappointed in the costume selection as well, theres no need for 7 versions of the same costume within a 5 dollar price difference of each other.
I love this store! The products and the selection is great and the owners are pretty great also.
