Came to look at a dress I saw online, and they had it. Bless their hearts, the sales staff tried their hardest to make me feel good in the dress, but I just didn't like the way it fit. That was not their fault at all.
I never could get my Maurice’s card to work no matter how many times I called customer service. And than today their customer service told me they had no record of ever calling. If this is the service they offer, I’m glad they never activated my card.
Friendly and helpful staff! Stacy and the staff working New Years day were so helpful while I was shopping with my niece. We found some cute clothes at great prices. I also happened to lose a piece of jewelry while shopping. I called to see if anyone had found it. Stacy remembered me and my niece. She called later to let me know they found the piece in the dressing room and held onto it until I could come back to Hays to get it. Great all-around experience.
The store is always well organized and the employees are always petty and ready to help. I love how they write your name on the outside of your changing room, prices are what you would expect for a retailer in a mall but it's easy to find pretty good deals because the store is so well maintained.
Just wanted to say thanks to all the employees who helped my wife when she needed clothes due to her having gastropraresis and still struggling through it your place is always kept very clean and the friendliest employees.
Sales clerk was super helpful and very friendly. Love the clothing and the girls are all just as friendly. Highly recommend.
I WAS RECENTLY IN THE HAYS KS MAURICES, WHEN TWO WONDERFUL YOUNG LADIES WERE WORKING, KELLY AND TIFFANY. THESE GIRLS WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO INFORM ME OF THE SPECIAL BOGO SALES, HELPED ME PAIR ARTICLES OF CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES, AND BOOTS. THEY BROUGHT SEVERAL SIZES BACK TO THE DRESSING ROOM TO BE SURE I GOT THE PROPER FIT. NEVER HAVE I HAD SO MUCH ‘FUN’ SHOPPING OR OBSERVED THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! I BOUGHT A WHOLE NEW WARDROBE, AND SPENT JUST OVER $600! I AM SET FOR THE FALL AND WINTER MONTHS!! I LOVE ALL THE STAFF AT THE HAYS KS MAURICES! I’VE OBVIOUSLY BEEN THERE A LOT…A SWEET GIRL NAMED EMILY… EVEN REMEMBERS MY FIRST NAME! HOW OFTEN DOES THAT HAPPEN IN RETAIL!? THIS CREW IS A RARITY FOR SURE! KUDOS TO WHOMEVER HAD THE WISDOM TO HIRE SUCH GREAT LADIES! MANY THANKS!
