My kids absolutely love this location. It's always very very clean. The staff is always very nice and very fast. The order is always hot and fresh and correct. The kids love to play on the play place. The play are is kept very clean. I am so impressed with this location. We come here often mostly because of the wonderful staff and the great job they do and the fact that they have a play area. It's a fantastic environment. I can meet friends up there and all of us and our kids can eat and enjoy our time together in a nice clean dining area while the kids eat and play. Highly recommend! Dietary restrictions: I can not eat bread and so they will make my burgers using large peices of lettuce for my 'bun' they do so with a smile and never complain! Kid-friendliness: Play area is very clean and nice and big space to play the kids really love it
The fries were amazing, the black bean burger with olives, amazing and the Vernon's shake, also amazing. The staff was friendly and service was fast. Zero complaints. Everything was so good! Vegetarian options: The bean burger is one of the best fast food bean burgers I've had
Haven't had a olive burger in over 20 years. So excited to try one again. Went to Hill road, downtown was closed. Ordered an Olive Burger Combo and 2 fish sandwiches. Had to wait several minutes for the fish sandwiches. When we got home I was disappointed that there were no olives on the burger. The cheeseburger was still tasty. My parents enjoyed the fish sandwiches. Staff was friendly.
HORRIBLE! They tried to give my food poisoning. 2 burgers were ice cold. Seemed like they were sitting out for days. Didn't eat, and threw out. The meat and condiments were all expired.
It was my first time at a Halo Burger, and it was really, really good. The food was great, service was great and the place was clean. I will definitely be back.Food: 5/5
Finally tried Halo after 7 years of living in Michigan. Needless to say, I was a bit underwhelmed. The burger itself was great. What wasn't great, was my service and the rest of the food. I ordered 2 burgers, 2 small drinks, an order of cheese fries and an order of mozz sticks. The gentleman brought us our burgers, some tots and some mozz sticks. After telling him of the issue missing cheese fries - he brought me over a cup of cheese sauce asking if this would be ok. I told him I would rather have what I ordered seeing as it cost $28. I hated being petty, as he was very nice and I think he had a disability of some sort. Though with prices like they are, I want what I paid for. he eventually made his way back and brought us our cheese fries. Though it was tough not to go back up, as we could hear what we thought were the rest of the staff picking on him for some reason. We were just far enough away that I wasn't entirely positive this was happening and I didn't want to create any unnecessary drama by sticking up for the guy. All in all, the burger was great but not great enough to have me return. Need to work on their service and prices as well.
Decent for fast food. Inside service makes your feel a little rushed but manageable and usually no customers inside so you'll be left alone.Food: 4/5
So first off it was my first time here the lady at the front counter wasn't happy she was rude she had an attitude but everyone was happy except her I hope I don't see her anymore my food is smashed I ordered a bit and there is no bacon and only one tomato fries tasted raw also got a Boston cooler and got a vanilla shake like noService: 3/5
Friendly service, hot food, clean restrooms. A nice playarea for my girl to play in while I chat with friends. Photos taken by a 4 year old so the angle is kind of goofy :-
