HALTER enhances the lives of children with disabilities through equine assisted activities and is a Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH) Member Center. All instructors are credentialed by PATH. Services are offered for a fee, but the fees do not cover the entire cost of providing the services. Donations are the largest part of HALTER's income. We provide: therapeutic riding, equine assisted activities, educational clinics for horsemen, and opportunities to volunteer.
