The movie was really good and funny. The owner was really very nice and very reasonable and loving person. His workers were very friendly and helpful to us.
1st time last night. Beautiful cozy theater. Everything was outstanding. Lots of room in the old style comfortable seats, the seats all ramp down to the stage / screen. I don’t imagine a bad seat in the place. Screen was large and crisp and good sound. Turns out last night’s movie was actually a free show. Wow. Very grateful for the folks doing this. It illustrates a nice sense of community spirit. Beautiful. Well done!!
Incredible owners, lovely establishment, and has a super relaxed home away from home feeling. This place is a true gem. Great movies, on point snacks. Comfy seats. Love this place! Highly recommend, bring the whole family.
I came here for a field trip for my second grader. I love going to see movies and yes this isn't IMAX quality with recliner seats, but if you grew up with pre Regal-AMC local theaters and want that experience then this is it. They know how popcorn should taste, think Hills department store smell of popcorn. They offer Pepsi products and candy. Women's bathrooms are downstairs and men's are upstairs.
Family owned. Locally owned. Feels like home. The Palace Theater brings me back to my childhood everytime. I've been here for premieres, movies, and a wedding. I enjoy it every single time. AND they have the BEST POPCORN.
So nice to have this theatre on our beautiful little village. You can't beat the price and the popcorn is delicious. I added a bag of Buncha Crunch to ours and it was *chef's kiss.* I've been coming here my whole life. I want to offer a sincere thank you to the owners of the theatre that keep this gem going.
This theatre has such fond history. I highly recommend seeing a film here. Fancy seats and over priced food is not what you'll get here. Be prepared to indulge in the old ways
Love the Hamburg Palace Theater! It's the way movies were meant to be seen.
What is there not to luv about this place? Cheap tickets, the best popcorn, friendly staff.. Not to mention there’s a bowling alley next door and a few restaurants within walking distance from the theater. Makes for a nice little date night..the only minor thing is that it’s cash only. They do have a ATM though
