They showed me a few different bikes I might be interested in, talked about the pros and cons of each, and made sure the bike I chose fit me properly. Highly recommend. Very happy with my new bike!

Best service I've had in a long time. People there willing to help. It was a much better experience than at Alpine cycle in port Huron were they were rude and unhelpful. I will differently go to Hamilton for any future parts or repairs. It was an enjoyable experience. It was great seeing the multiple generations of family working together and the younger generation learning from the older generation. My wife and I had a great talk with the owner as well. There was no trying to rush you out the door. Hands down way better than alpine.

I just visited this bike shop for the first time last week, and it was a great experience! I spoke with 4 different people on their staff, and all were extremely friendly, helpful and not pushy whatsoever. They never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable like some salesmen do. The team at Hamilton bike shop is always friendly and inviting! I’ve brought my bike in a couple times and worked with Nathan who is not only very knowledgeable from years of experience both working on and riding bikes but he is always super pleasant to work with. It’s clear to me that he enjoys what he does because he takes the time to interact and share information with customers rather than just sell them something or fix their bike and get them back out the door. Very engaging and informative person to work with.

I’m really happy with this bike shop. Their prices are competitive, their service is professional and they are just a kind, local family owned business. I’ve purchased 3 bikes from Hamilton and had service work done as well. They also offer both Trek AND Specialized, so you can compare them side-to-side and ride both before you ride. Highly recommended!

Spoke with the owner at length and he is a very sweet man, very proud of his shop. Been in business for 30 years, so they know their bikes and are going to ensure you have the properly sized bike for you, and that it's fitted to you. Need tune ups on any bike, they do that as well. Nice family run store.
