They are the best people to buy a bike from, get bike repairs from and to interact with from a customer standpoint. I came with a difficult task of a Onewheel Pint tire replacement I purchased the tire myself and they were able to put it on and fix my board in no time. 100/10
West Trails has an amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I went in today and Richard filled up my tires with air on two of my bikes and gave me a detailed, honest assessment of my bike, all for no charge. This business is top notch and they truly care about their customers.

Incredible customer service and very reasonable prices. Brought a craigslist bike in and they fixed it up better than I could imagine. Mike, Eric, and friends do fantastic work. Unlike some of the other bike shops I've been to, I never felt "talked down" too, they do a great job of helping you make decisions even if you don't understand the plethora of options available when selecting bike parts.
I have had a couple great experiences here. Other bicycle shops around town I can walk around for five minutes before an employee helps me. Not here. Great service. I got an extremely fair price on a top quality bicycle trailer, profesionally assembled. Employees are passionate about cycling and it shows.
Rude staff. Erroneous information. I telephoned this shop about assembling a bike for me in order to validate the manufacturer's warranty. I asked how long a wait it would be and was told "a couple of days". I was also told to come on in that day and drop it off. When I arrived, I was told by the employee on duty that it would be "a couple of WEEKS", not days. And he made a few rude comments about the information I was given over the phone. Additionally, not one person in this tiny shop was wearing a medical mask during this period of increasing COVID infections. But I left the bike because it was either that or no warranty. Three days later I decided to pick up the bike, finished or not. It was locked away in a storage shed not even touched. That was the sum of my interaction with the shop. BTW, I did my best to buy this bike locally, but with the bike shortage, this bike was almost impossible to find. I spent several months looking for one and even had a dealer checking into it. But the dealer said there weren't any to be had from the distributor and nothing was shipping from China. This online purchase was my only option, or wait until 2021.
Do not buy a bike anywhere else. The guys at West Trails are experts and have been so helpful to our family. We've purchased two bikes in the last year and fully tuned up an old bike we had in our garage. They are honest, fair and want to help educate you on your purchase. We will be lifelong customers, but based on the high quality of bicycles they sell, I don't know how often we can give them our business!
