This place is worthless and so unprofessional. My boyfriend waited 3 months for his appointment, the day before his appointment he received a text stating that his original appointment was cancelled and changed to a different earlier time. Never did he received a call if the change in appointment was ok no consent from our part, just a change made without any acknowledgement. What doctors office does this without consenting the patients? I called this morning an older lady answered who was rude and didn't even apologize for their mistake. She just mentioned the next appointment is a video call appointment which is a month away. A video call, this place is a joke. I just hanged up. Never again going back into that clinic.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! DO NOT SEEK THERAPY HERE! All of their behavioral specialist should be FIRED! Especially Tory Piaseki! So unprofessional, and she’s a liar! They have inconsistent schedules, meaning, you have to wait up to 2 months for an appointment and even on your appointment day they still don’t contact you! I’ve spoke to 3 therapist here and they all sucked! You can’t even express yourself because they’re judgemental, and they’ll lie and say the time is up! They call late, and dismiss you early! They need to do better at training their employees, and they can start by firing all the terrible ones!

This clinic will schedule your appointment at a certain time but you will wait over 2hours for them to call you in. If I can give 0 stars I would. It’s ridiculous and embarrassing having to schedule an appointment and then waste your patients time. If you’re scheduling an appointment at a certain time that’s when a patient should be called in NOT TWO HOURS LATER. This is not the first time either. It’s PATHETIC.

I’ve been coming to this clinic since I could remember, and now it’s my sons primary care as well. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about the staff or the providers, they only down side is the waiting time, can be a bit much for some people. But other than that, they’re fast to do referrals and pharmacy and lab orders . I feel like they’ll only get better with time and more training. Now they have a lab for blood work, and soon their own pharmacy. I do recommend this place.

You have to wait months at a time to try to see the same doctor. Some of the office staff are really rude, which is really disheartening if you're feeling ill. Even just calling takes a long time to get a hold of anyone. The waits in the waiting room take a couple hours at least before you're placed in a room to wait another hour and when the doctor finally sees you, they're in a big hurry to get you out the door. There are plenty of friendly office people and I haven't met an unfriendly nurse or rna, but it seems like this clinic is taking on more patients than they can handle to the point that they can't offer quality care. I've been with them about a year and I'm changing providers.

This place has the worst drs! I rate this place NO stars!! My mom has cancer and 92 yrs old Dr. Omeany never has responded to any of our calls the staff says they will put urgent no way 6 months already and no answer. My poor Mother I definitely will try and get a dr who really cares and is professional about thier job!!! Very unsatisfied with this place!!

Great clinic and staff are friendly.

This clinic isn't for a person who has a serious issue. I was told I was seeing a specialist. That wasn't the truth! Always ask for credentials if they claim you're seeing a specialist. CM will try to keep everything in house to make money. They are not respected within the Medical Community. Avoid this place at all cost!

Phenomenal nursing staff. Very kind, compassionate, friendly, and professional. Just there for a TB test and their customer service was exceptional.

I wouldn't even give these people one star! The staff is rude. There's no point in scheduling appointments here cuz they are scheduled months out from when u need to be seen. I told them which pharmacy to send my prescription to and of course it wasn't there. I called and they told me they sent it to my old pharmacy so I had to wait till the next day due to missing my chance cuz of work to pick up prescription and guess what!? Its not here where they said it would be. Plus the lady who told me it was here was rude and acted like I was dumb for not knowing. Now I'm on the phone with them and of course with another rude representative
