Save your money and go elsewhere! HORRIBLE customer service!!! I ordered meals for August 23rd, 2023, and when I tried General Tso’s Chicken available that week, I was repulsed by what I received. The food was INEDIBLE. The taste was disgusting, and a family member and I had to brush our teeth to get rid of the awful taste we had in our mouths. My experience made me leary to try anything I ordered that week over $100 worth of food because thinking about eating this place’s cooking made me nauseated. I reached out to this company TWICE, and I never heard back from anyone in their customer support department. Once on August 25th and a second time on September 2nd, hopefully, a negative review can get someone's attention.

I am a vegetarian, and finding vegetarian meals that are both nutritious and delicious was always a challenge. Valley Meal Prep has exceeded my expectations, and the meals are delicious. Their packaging, pricing and food quality was fantastic. I can only recommend their food!

Valley Meal Prep helped me to adjust my busy schedule. There is no time to prepare meal for me and I choose Valley Meal Prep. I love their Garlic herb white fish with rice and veg. The meals are delicious, healthy, and so convenient to have on hand for the week. I highly recommend their service!Food: 5/5

Valley Meal Prep has exceeded my expectations with their meal prep service. The quality of the food is amazing, and the convenience of having healthy meals delivered to my doorstep is unbelievable. I highly recommend trying their meals, especially the blackened shrimp with veggies!

I used to really like it here and it was a staple in our house. Sadly the last few experiences were bad enough to make us never come back. One day we waited for 20 mins after 10am and they never opened. Then we went back the next day and they didn't get their delivery. They barely had enough meals to justify keeping their fridges on. There are too many competitors to have to settle for mediocre at best.

Matt is a great guy. Food is great and it’s always awesome to support a locally owned small business built by a local individual. If you’re looking for healthy food this is the place. Dodge the corporations and support local a business. Vegetarian options: All options Dietary restrictions: All diet options Parking: Plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: Better feed them this than fast food

My husband and I are traveling from out of town but wanted to stick close to our nutrition goals. We lucked out with finding Valley Meal Prep. So convenient to go pick up food for the week. There were lots of choices and the 4 meals we have tried so far have been really good! Also, the guy working was really awesome! We will be using Valley Meal Prep anytime we are visiting the area.

This place is a 5 for sure. Bryan is a great guy. They have the best low calorie brownies ever. 1 gram of sugar, 4 carbs and they are delicious. But they allow people who walk in to purchase there entire Bach that they have supplied for the day. Like 10 boxes. I hope they eventually have a limit to how many you are allowed to purchase as a walk in. It is frustrating for long time customers like myself.

Dear ownerI forgot what they told me your name was, I love valley meal prep! The service is awesome, the meals are equally as good. The only suggestion I have is you should think about having an app that has all of your menus loaded into them, and it allows us to track our food macros by inputting the meals/food we ate. It's very unfortunate you do not have an app specifically for your shop and for your menus specifically. That would be awesome. I have looked at other competitors like "Trifecta", and they have an app that allows you to track macros using their food menus and snack items. I tried using MyFitnessPal for valley meal prep meals and it's a pain. It keeps readjusting the numbers. Please consider doing this for your business. It would be such a big a big help! I'm sure others are saying this very thing, I just was willing to write all this out. A business that focuses on healthy nutrition and eating healthy, but doesn't have an app to help you keep track of your nutrition? C'mon. Please consider. Thanks!

Drove 30 minutes to visit the store at 12:00pm. Store was closed with a sticky note on the door that said back in 30 min or less. Irritating that I drove over here and they are closed during business hours. I waited for 20 minutes and left. Online hours should reflect actual store hours. Waste of my gas and time.
