Hampton Inn and Suites Brier Creek

Fantastic stay! Location is perfect! Close to anything you want or didn't know you wanted. Clean, modern, and the technology worked! Guest services were friendly and helpful when needed. I used the app to enter and exit my room. Also chose my room.Rooms: 5/5

Very nice updated modern hotel. Rooms are nice. Bathrooms are amazing. Biggest negatives are the tile in the rooms amplifies hallway noise coming in the room and there is no hotel bar nor is there any bar/restaurant within an easy walk. They had a water dispenser on my floor near the elevator. Friendly staff.Rooms: 4/5

Just an all around wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, the staff had exceptional customer service. Everyone we interacted with from the front desk clerk Chrissy?, to the shuttle driver Brandon, were just so kind and welcoming. It was a fabulous stay, and we will absolutely be visiting again.Rooms: 5/5

The hotel is just what we hoped for: clean, well-kept, with a great location. But the staff is what made our stay great! Everyone we interacted with was fantastic - in particular all 3 women at the front desk, the morning shuttle driver, and even the maintenance man who brought up our rollaway bed. Friendly, helpful people all around!

I showed up for my reservation. I was staying there on Wednesday but my reservation somehow was on Thursday. End up having to pay for both nights, even though I only stayed one night. I as to speak with the manager who was not there so I left my card. They never contacted me. UPDATE: After leaving this review I saw the comment below. I called and lest messages for the Manager in Raleigh Hampton. I have never had one call returned or email. I then contacted the Hampton as mentioned below. I filled all the information they asked for and the next day a got an email asking for all the information I submitted plus the last for of the card I charged the room to. I did that. The next day I got another email asking me for all the information again!!!!!! At this point I WILL NEVER STAY AT A HAMPTON INN!!!!! THEN I GOT THIS! We have received your request and are eager to assist you. We are currently experiencing exceptionally high volume due to the increased demand in travel. This is my 2nd visit to this Hampton Inn and Suites. The hotel has modern decor and clean. I didn't think twice about booking this hotel again. Christina checked me in on both visits and she was so nice and friendly. I was so shocked that she remembered me lol. When she found out I had a 5 am flight, she offered to prepare me a breakfast grab bag. Thanks Christina for making me feel so welcomed. If I'm back in the area, I will book here again!

Esthetics! Rooms, bathroom, hotel is so pretty I kept looking for inspo ideas on renovating my house from them lol Staff is so nice. Allowed me to check in at 1pm, check in was at 4pm There was a guy that cleans taking out the trash, he got off the elevator so that my dad and I could head to our wedding event. I mean it was just a great hotel, with very helpful and pleasant staff. The pictures they have on here are outdated, the hotel does not look like that. They definitely renovated, photo ops everywhere. Very beautiful rooms and bathroom. It's very modern.

Great hotel. Reasonable Price, clean room and good service. Great location close to good dining options, and the airport. A short drive to downtown Raleigh or Durham if you are looking for an in town experience.

The rooms at this hotel are beautifully furnished and designed for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff are very helpful and professional. The hotel is located next to a major shopping center and plenty of restaurants. It is a perfect location for a business stay.Rooms: 5/5

This is a remodeled Hampton Inn. From the colors to the art, to the layout it's all 5 stars. Attention to details include a wet bar with a Keurig coffee maker,microwave and fridge. Well supplied paper cups, coffee and tea. 4 sets of towels, extras cotton blanket and pillow, a pull out couch, rolling ottomans. Electronic outlets with dual USB ports at the desk, bedside and key ledge. The designer for this remodeling even thought of room darkening roll down shades. Near the ice machine is a water bottle filler. Plus a hot breakfast and round the clock coffee/tea station. They kept the coffee and tea hot throughout the day. I have already booked my next stay!
