Fantastic location— easy to get to everywhere in Nashville. Rooms were clean and spacious. I slept fabulously; hubby and I disagree with mattress firm - pillows soft both the way I love it and he does not. Great outdoor pool. The staff member in the breakfast nook Thursday, September 7 was over the top awesome with the kids especially. Great choices - something for everyone. Clean! From the moment we arrived - until we left— the staff were simply of the best I have ever had. Thank you!!!!!!!! Thank you for making our short stay in Nashville very pleasant. Rooms: Spacious and clean. Nearby activities: Easy to get to all Nashville. Safety: I never felt unsafe.
I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and had everything I needed. The hotel was quiet which offered the perfect respite from a long day of driving. The breakfast had a wonderful selection including; bacon, hash browns, omelets, waffles, and more. Honestly though, the best part was how the staff went above and beyond. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming to my pup. The cleaning staff made swans out of the hand towels. At breakfast, employees handed out coloring sheets and crayons for the kids!
Great location, great breakfast and welcoming lobby. Bed was comfortable. However, I don't trust the cleaning process even though there are signs indicating extra steps are taken. I cleaned and sanitized the room before sitting or touching anything. I don't like having a QR code to read hotel information. Location was great. Restaurants were plenty and close to Opryland.
Room was expensive but clean and comfortable. The check in staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Don’t stay here if you need a late checkout. They told me that housekeeping was not allowing late checkout because the hotel was full that night. I checked online and it showed availabilities.Rooms: 4/5
Spent 2 nights here on my long road trip from Southeast Florida back to Denver, Colorado. The hotel is in a great location on the east side of town close to Great shopping, restaurants and music Outdoor pool was closed as it was still off season winter.. It's easy to access off the Hwy, access is great to get around. For example, I visited the Hermitage. It was only 25 minutes away on highway. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and made me feel welcome. The lady who ran the breakfast buffet in the morning was also very friendly and pleasant. I had a great night sleep. It's a very quiet location and the bed was extremely comfortable. I used the laundry facility and the gym. Enjoyed some excellent ribs at the restaurant down the street on the corner. It's called Coney..... Highly recommend.
Beware of this location. Windshields on 4 cars were broken out on our first night, wifi didn't work, sheets had stains and general maintenance of the rooms needed some work. Breakfast was nice enough as usual for a Hampton Inn, and we were greeted nicely when we checked in, but when we expressed concerns about all windshields being broken out over night, they were pretty nonchalant about it, didn't even clean up all the glass in the parking lot until the second day.
Overall the hotel is great. Wonderful staff, good continental breakfast, spacious and clean rooms. The one important thing that knocks it down two stars is that the beds are so hard to sleep on. They’re springy and sink in. Anytime one of us moved, the other bounced along with them. If the beds were replaced, I would stay here every time I visited Nashville! Great price and location if you’re going to the Opry.
Very unprofessional! By far the worst service I’ve ever had! As soon as I walked in the hotel there was a older African American behind the counter. As I attempted to check in and let her know that the previous worker left my room key on the counter for me. She rudely interrupted me and stated “I don’t know what man your talking about” before I could even get the name out. I then explained to her that it was a male that was there before her. She proceeded to say that there was “no men that worked at the hotel” I then explained that it was a white gentleman that was there but I wasn’t sure of his name. That’s when she stated “Oh Bob” so I’m like yea whatever his name is. I asked her if she could get the key for me and then she catches an attitude saying my name was not on the room I booked it so I know it was. So she stated that it was my brothers name on the room. So my brother stepped in and attempted to get the key! Then she proceeds to tell us we don’t have 2 rooms! Mind you I booked both rooms with Hilton Honors. Showed her the email and everything. She was nothing but rude to me. I then told her if she wasn’t able to assist me then find someone who can! She then blew up and started yelling saying that I was basically calling her stupid! To try and calm the situation down we stepped outside and called Hilton honors. Hilton Honors then call the hotel and confirmed everything that I had previously told her! She then stated that she was going to check everybody out because we basically told her she was stupid and retarded which we never said she was going to check us out! Which she did! I told her that it was ok we would rather stay somewhere else anyway than be treated the way she treated us! All because we proved her wrong and her pride was in the way! I called the so called manager Bob and left a voicemail which he has yet to respond to! So that’s why I’m leaving this review! Because not only was the staff disrespectful and rude she was also yelling and disturbing the rest of the guest! She was very unprofessional and rude! I won’t recommend them to ANYBODY!
Comfortable bed, clean, and big rooms. The shower was awesome! Good water pressure, plenty of hot water, and roomy. I loved the location, too. It was not smack dab downtown where all the bars and noise were about a 10 min drive to music city row but plenty to still see and do. The Grand Ole Opery is just minutes away! We will be back for sure! Rooms: Clean and spacious Nearby activities: Gaylord Opryland Resort Grand Ole Opry Safety: Quiet area, not residential Walkability: Close to several eateries and stores. Food & drinks: There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, as well as gas stations to stock up on snacks and drinks
Can't complain. We stayed for the Taylor Swift show, so it was overpriced, but so was everywhere else in town. It was a good hotel with good service and a decent breakfast. The location was good. I'd stay here again.Rooms: 4/5
