We had outstanding hospitality here. Our flight was delayed, arriving at 3 am. The shuttle arrived 10 minutes after we called. The two rooms for my wife, me, and my 95 year old mother were very good - the only glitch was somewhat cryptic thermostat. Breakfast was good. Best thing was, service was really cheerful & obliging. Felt my mother was in good hands. Definitely would stay again.
I haven't even checked out yet but I know my review will be 5 stars. From the moment I checked in, I got a good feeling about this hotel. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. There's also free tea, coffee, and cookies in the lobby always. Rooms are clean decent sized. Affordable rates too! Lots of space to park as well.
The staff. Oh the staff. They are wonderful!! I had a scheduling mishap on a business trip and they got everything organized and switched over to this location for me. They won my loyalty for sure, I will be back on business trips from now on. Lobby is being beautifully redone, rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, seem to be recently redone too. Fitness center is large, clean, and well stocked with cleaning equipment.
Very nice motel. Currently remodeling. Updated rooms are well-appointed. Quiet. Very close to Bradley Airport. Going to be a 5- star when remodeling complete. Free airport shuttle is a nice benefit!
The hotel was newly renovated and clean and the lady at the front desk was friendly. However, we didn't have a good sleep. Our room was facing the highway and there was loud noise throughout the night.Rooms: 5/5
Undergoing renovations outside, so have to enter building from the side entrance, not the normal front entry. Rooms were quiet and clean. Close proximity to BDL was a bonus.Rooms: 4/5
NEVER EVER staying here ever again. I didnt get a good quality sleep. Came in jet lagged from a flight. They put me next to some kids on 3rd flr that were loud all throughout the night. Called front desk TWICE. Nothing happened. No one from hotel staff came to handle the noise complaint. It was loud all throughout the night. They stayed up till 3am and woke me up again at 7am with the same loud noise. Booked this place because it showed they have a pool/hot tub. Both hottub and pool was occupied by same Spanish family from 1pm-10:30pm. Theres no on staff personnel telling them they need to share with other hotel guests. When i woke i decided to go to hot tub and guess what??! Same spanish family was there!! This hotel lets ppl Do whatever they want. Never staying here again. Woke up with a headache no peace and no quality sleep. The worst stay
The staff was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety. The room was clean. Rooms: Room was big and clean. Nearby activities: Six flags is a short drive away. So many little stores right in the area and plenty of restaurants. Food & drinks: The breakfast was delicious and a huge variety for everyone.
During the two nights stay, we noticed that there were some flying bugs coming out from the shower drain. They were all over the bathroom and stayed inner surface area of the toilet. It very annoying and disgusting.Rooms: 3/5
