Honestly one of the best hotel stays we have had. The hotel was clean and comfortable, all the staff were friendly and accommodating and breakfast was tasty, hot and welcoming thanks to the lady filling the trays. She was funny, friendly and efficient. We will be staying here again when we come to Broken Arrow for our grandchildren. Rooms: Room was clean and comfortable. Safety: Location is nice, seems like a good area Noteworthy details: Pet friendly. Our little dog was as welcome as we were.
Clean, nice rooms, and great breakfast. Also, the woman who was in charge of tending to the breakfast bar, I believe her name was PK, was awesome. She was kind, attentive and had amazing spirit. I have never had such an amazing morning breakfast at a hotel, and it was all because of her.Rooms: 5/5
We had a great one-night stay. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. My kids used the pool, had a great time. Plenty of pool towels. The front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best. Plenty of food choices and the lady in charge of breakfast was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Will stay here again next time we come to soccer tournament.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was slightly above average than a typical Hampton because the breakfast attendant was wonderful. We stayed in wheelchair accessible room 115. It was clean except for cobwebs around the ceiling edge. The accessibility was good with a curbless roll-in shower and a wall supported no legs to support heavier customers fold down cushioned L-shaped seat. The control and shower head were "old style" at the opposite end out of reach rather than right next to the seat. The towels were all above wheelchair user reach except 2 hand towels and 2 wash clothes. The toilet flush was on the wall side of the toilet so it would be a reach for those using caths. The handheld shower had been placed out of reach at its highest position. The soap, shampoo, etc are wall mounted too far from the shower seat on the side wall. The lotion by the sink was within easy reach. The thermostat controls and wall mounted lamp had switches above 48 inches. The WORST feature was a generic yes, I checked the tag super soft, saggy mattress. It was like sleeping in a swamp. The BEST feature was staff who were always pleasant and professional.
Happy Granny at the breakfast area was such fun! Made our day and icing on the cake at this hotel. Easy to get to, clean and comfy!Rooms: 5/5
Where do I start..grab your popcorn and kick your feet up in your recliner, this is a novel. We stayed two nights. Rooms are MUCH smaller than most Hampton inns that I've stayed at. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable, HOWEVER, we encountered some issues I want to address. First off, there's an obnoxiously annoying, VERY non-private, sliding iced glass door that's made like a barn door for the bathroom door. There's absolutely NO privacy, and there's a good 2"+ gap see pics allowing anyone to peep in while you're on the toilet or in the shower, undressed or otherwise, not to mention I could clearly see out of the room window into the parking lot at parked cars looking through the gap and not only that, when standing by the door, if the room door opens you can see out into the hallway! This door is ridiculous! WHO thought this would be a brilliant design for a bathroom door?! Then on day one, when we first got there, we weren't left a new roll of toilet paper, instead, we were given two almost empty rolls for our two day stay and on day one we had to go to the front desk to retrieve toilet paper! WHY?! THEN, also on our very first day, around 1:30pm house keeping comes to our door. I hollered just a minute so she wouldn't just barge in I've had that happen before at another hotel and when I opened the door the housekeeper was standing there with a shower curtain in her hand, telling me she needed to come in and change our shower curtain. At this point we hadn't even used the shower, and shouldn't this have been done BEFORE we got to our room, when the room was cleaned? I declined her coming in, and told her we had two dogs in the room, and she immediately started peeking around me, looking into our room, looking into the bathroom and stammering about the shower curtain! Why was she looking into our room?! Invasion of privacy! I again repeated to her that we have dogs, then finally told her that I would swap the shower curtain for her, and to give me a minute to take it down. I closed my room door. I removed the shower curtain and handed it to her and she handed me another one and thought it was necessary to explain to me how to hang it up, after I just removed it. All of this was completely unnecessary, to interrupt me with this kind of trivial thing, she could've waited another day to replace our shower curtain after we vacated the room. Rude, nosey and unnecessary! Then we had issues with the AC/Thermostat. AC was not working and kept turning off. We had the thermostat turned to 61 degrees but the room temp was 72 and regardless it kept turning off.  We kept having to turn the thermostat off, then back on again, turn the thermostat temp down and it immediately turns back off and thermostat shows 72 degrees for the room temperature. My son finally figured out that the thermostat was poorly located directly on a wall facing the AC unit, which blows up to the ceiling and across to the thermostat, fooling the thermostat into thinking the room temp was 61 degrees because of the direct air blowing onto it from the AC. We ended up having to put a chair in front of the AC unit and some bags to direct the air downward to the floor, then we had to wrap the thermostat in a towel so the AC air wouldn't hit it, in order to have the air stay on so we weren't sweating. There was also a cricket incessantly chirping INSIDE of the AC unit for the two days we were there! Also, we needed to do laundry, went to the front desk to ask where the guest laundry room was located, we were told the laundry room was on the 4th floor, so up we go to do laundry, only to find out that the washing machine is out of order, and we couldn't do laundry. Back to the front desk to inquire and were told "oh ya it's out of order, we expect someone to come out and fix it". WHY didn't you tell us this when we first inquired about it?! And the only working ice machine was on the 2nd floor? NOT the quality or service I expect from Hampton disappointed and totally unacceptable.
BED BUGS ROOM 225! Don't come here unless you want to be eaten alive and then be told that you're lying when you bring the concern to their attention. The "manager" I won't disclose the full name but 1st initial is J, we spoke with was extremely rude, because of the bugs and her response of "Oh really! Sorry about that "..and that we should've brought it to them at 2am!! We will never come here again, which is sad because this is and has been our regular hotel when we visit Tulsa. TRUST IF MORE THAN ONE REVIEW REFERENCES BED BUGS, IT'S OBVIOUSLY SOMETHING GOING ON HERE.
Odd location, packed in between a gas station and some budget hotels. Older facility, but clean and maintained. Quite a bit of road noise. Limited parking. Lots of shopping and food nearby. WiFi was inconsistent, unable to access on the second night. Breakfast items weren't replenished very quickly first night of stay. Front desk staff was polite but not outgoing.
Beautiful room. Right next door to a QT. Kid friendly. Nice indoor pool. Snacks and drinks available for purchase inside. Great breakfast. We were able to rent a crib for no additional cost which was so appreciated and convenient. They even set it up for us and had a muslin blanket. Thank you!Rooms: 5/5
Nice clean hotel. Ample parking. Well lit parking lot. Close to gas station. The staff was very friendly. I checked in with martha and she helped me to get a key as the digital key was not working. The night audit lady was also very friendly and helpful although I forgot to write down her name. Well equipped gym. Large breakfast area. Nice breakfast and staff. I would definitely definitely come and stay again. Please have your housekeeping staff clear out alarms from previous occupants. That is my only gripe with the stay. Rooms: Clean room. Like most hotels now they're moving to bulk soap shampoo and conditioner. The Conditioner was empty. I wish housekeeping would reset the alarms so they do not go off for the next person. Safety: Well lit parking lot Walkability: Gas station next door.
