The new Hampton Inn & Suites Tempe Phoenix Airport will be located at 1550 S. 52nd Street in Tempe close to the new State Farm Regional Headquarters and an easy drive to the Phoenix Convention Center, halfway between Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and Arizona State University. The new property will be easily accessible from the I-10 Freeway, US-60, Loop 202, and AZ Highway 143.
The hotel will be built from the ground up at the site where the Quality Inn was located. The new hotel which will feature 104 rooms and suites all with interior entrance, outdoor swimming pool and spa, a 24-hour business center with complimentary printing, two conference rooms, a fitness center, and 24-hour airport shuttle.
