So this was a little weird for me. The inside of the building was pretty nice but the air wasn't working for the whole weekend so they had fans and floor carpet driers around trying to blow air and keep the building cool. The food at the bar was good and prompt service. There were some signs of water damage in the ceiling in some of their meeting rooms but not terrible. And the place has a ton of old furniture out back all stacked up that was a bit of an eyesore.

Whom I presume was the manager, very tall and pretty woman was very professional. She welcomed us upon arrival from the shuttle service. Shuttle service was quick, the gentleman was very nice. Only took him about 8 minutes to pick us up. The location is okay, it's not all that bad. There are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity and convenience stores as well. Our room was clean. No complaints. Plenty of parking space. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we will keep this place in mind for future trips. I'd definitely recommend them. Thank you so much! Nice employees! Employees put the guest's comfort first. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only bad thing is there was no in room microwave but besides that everything was perfect. I loved my stay here. I highly recommend it.Rooms: 5/5

I was here for a convention and did not stay in a room. The air conditioning was hit and miss as some areas were warm. One area had to have fans brought in which made it noisy and difficult to use. The bathrooms were filthy, the mens room was flooded. The restaurant was closed for lunch. So many people at the convention walked in looking to eat. Very disappointed in this location and would not recommend for a conference.

On Thursday, Aug.10, 2023 while trying to check into this Wyndham Tempe Phoenix Hotel, my 84 y.o. Mom, who walks with a cane, and I received the worst of the worst Customer Service from Emerald who was extremely rude and impatient towards my Mom! I believe in allowing others to correct their errors; however, I had to keep asking Emerald to have patience with my Mom! Emerald rudely kept repeating "what are we doing!" To top it off, Emerald totally disregarded my Mom to assist another customer! Earlier my husband asked Emerald about a microwave because there wasn't one in the room we had. My Husband, My Mom, other family members, and I will unfortunately be staying in this hotel for another 3 days. Well, Emerald told my husband, he could use the microwave in the lobby - now why on earth would we want to use a microwave in the lobby? On a brighter note, Fletcher, the Maintenance Guy, was nice and total opposite of Emerald. Fletcher bought us a microwave and another refrigerator because the one in the room wasn't working! Well,  needless to say, we will NOT ever use this hotel again, after this weekend?

When I stayed they were doing construction, so it wasn’t that nice. But my room was decent. They have a refrigerator and a microwave which is a rare find in hotels these days. The room isn’t that expensive, so you get what you pay for. The staff is polite, but if you are booking this hotel because you want the airport shuttle, make sure you tell them you want to book the shuttle.  If you don’t they will leave without you, even if you are on time. The shuttle is supposed to run every half hour, but they will ignore that rule if they feel like it and you haven’t booked the shuttle. But they don’t publish this rule. This will either cause you to miss your flight or to spend additional money on an Uber which I had to do. I only chose to stay here for one night because of their free shuttle, which turned out to be a waste of money.  Which their polite staff member blamed on the previous day’s staff member for not telling me about their unpublished rule of needing to book a spot on the shuttle.

Decent hotel. Very Nice Staff.  Adequate rooms.  I would give it 3 stars. I really appreciated the staff allowing me to remain until 1 pm due to not making my flight.  I would stay here again.  Oh, I loved the balcony.

How about that FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE? Some people travel on a BUDGET! There's no shuttle,  only Uber! I mistakenly made reservation for wrong date and talked to hotel Gabriella and overseas pos amd 4 calls later and no one could fix the date current day as opposed to 5 days later!!! Just go to website and it will let you modify date...wow how hard is that? I figured that put after all the calls!!!! Doors don't open without a hard pull down, otherwise cute. Pool is nice, hot tub was dirty and same.temp as pool, buy AZ weather I guess makes sense compared to MI, but only during the day as I was in after 9pm. Again eff that shuttle lie! Money I didn't want to spend!!!! I should be credited that amount as I booked online!

I’m not able to get a full blown review, because I only stayed for one night. However, regardless of the many negative reviews, I would say that it is you’re the best bang for your buck. The beds were comfortable in the rooms were spacious and clean. The only downside would probably have to be the bathtub. It was visibly no my throughly cleaned as there was hair left behind from the previous customer. However, the staff was very kind and like I said, best bang for your buck.  However, the breakfast is not FREE. They should say outright that it’s not a free service ahead of time, cause I woke up early just to decide that I didn’t want to pay $16 for eggs  Rooms: Spacious and has the basic necessities such as a microwave, water, a fridge and even a Bible.
