Best massage I've ever had in my life! Sarah is extremely nice, and more importantly, competent in her skills. Very easy going, comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely return booked next appointment before I left. Highly recommended!

I bought a Groupon and booked the massage immediately. There was no availability for months. The day before my appointment she canceled with no explanation and when I reached out to reschedule she pretty much said she isn't taking groupons at low rates and she wont reschedule me. Then she said to take it up with Groupon. I waited months for this. What a disappointment and total lack of professionalism/service. If I could give 0 stars, i would. Horrible! Owners Response: Completely unacceptable. You take no accountability for your relationship with Groupon. You obviously had a falling out and in turn all your customers have suffered. If you are willing to work for $25 not $100 that is on you, not me. You knew exactly what you were getting yourself into so please take responsibility for your actions. If you want people to buy direct from you, then offer services at $25 not $100. It's very obvious you used Groupon as a marketing platform, you built up your business using that platform, and now you no longer want to honor the pricing agreement you setup with them. In a nutshell, you built your book of business on Groupons back and now that you are happy with your book of business you decided to leave everyone like me with nothing but a headache! Poor service. Stay away.

I have had several massages in the past, Sarah from Hands for Health was one of the best. Sarah knows her business and is very professional. Very convenient to make appointments on-line.

The massage was pretty good. The massage therapist was awkward and I felt uncomfortable talking to her. It was weird enough that I won't be back.

The only massage therapist I'll visit in Rochester from here on out. Incredible atmosphere and body work!
