Hands with Heart is a holistic healing practice offering The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® and Holistic Massage Therapy to our community in the Shenandoah Valley.
Becki Lanham, owner of Hands with Heart, is a Licensed Massage Therapist through the Virginia Board of Nursing as well as Board Certified with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is also a Certified Arvigo® Practitioner.
The majority of Becki's career has been spent both working and learning in medical settings. Through this, combined with a multitude of advanced therapeutic trainings and over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, she has cultivated tremendous joy and fulfillment in working with women, men, and children experiencing a wide variety of conditions and medically complex situations.
Although she does still provide medical massage therapy via her Holistic Massage Therapy sessions, Becki's ever-growing passion for The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® has allowed Hands with Heart’s focus to blossom and change. Hands with Heart is now the only practice primarily focused on offering Arvigo® Therapy to our community here in the Shenandoah Valley.
