This is one of the best doctors anyone could go to. They are ALWAYS accomodating my family and I. Whether my concern is serious or not they always are always taking me seriously and go to great lengths to ensure you are well taken care of. The receptionists are also amazing as well as everyone in that facility. Ala front desk is such a sweet woman and she truly cares for all of the patients. You can tell that everyone there cares about the patients! Thank you guys for always taking care of my family!
I had a fantastic experience with my family doctor Dr. Shahad! A month ago, she performed minor surgery to remove a fast-growing wart from my face, and it couldn't have gone better. The procedure was incredibly smooth, and now I feel absolutely nothing. What's even more impressive is that there's hardly a trace of a scar on my face; you can't even tell I had surgery. I'm extremely grateful for her skill and expertise in making this process painless and practically invisible. I'd also like to extend a big thank you to the receptionists as well! They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, contributing to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!
I have never experienced such streamlined care before. The receptionist is not only incredibly pleasant and helpful, but she also is a phlebotomist and medical assistant! All in one appointment you can be seen by a doctor and have blood work done. I can’t say enough positive things about this clinic and their staff!
I have been here several times with several different doctors. They are all extremely dismissive, and quite rude. They want you in and out and don't care to listen to anything you have to say. The last doctor just walked out without saying anything and I had no idea what I was supposed to do. I've also been given different information from reception on several occasions. I work in the medical industry as well and am surprised they are still open with the way they conduct business
Palms Medical Centre is a wonderful clinic! My family doctor at the clinic Doctor Haneen is fantastic - she's attentive, explains everything well, takes my concerns/questions seriously, and cares about her patients. Everyone else on the team is phenomenal as well, including the receptionists - they're very helpful and kind. The clinic also has great time management. The doctor sees me very close to my scheduled appointment - I rarely have to wait unlike other clinics I've been to, where I've waited 40 minutes or longer to see a doctor despite having an appointment. I also really appreciate how I can do bloodwork at the clinic. When needed, I'd do bloodwork at the clinic immediately after my appointment with the doctor meaning I don't have to wait long. It is efficient, I don't have to book another appointment with Lifelabs, and I don't have to spend more time going to a LifeLabs location for bloodwork. I'd recommend this clinic as well as Doctor Haneen, because I truly think the clinic and my doctor provides excellent patient care.
I had a great experience today at palm medical. Excellent customer service. Both receptionists were welcoming and helpful. I had botox done for hyperhidrosis. Dr. Haneen took her time to make sure she covered the whole area. She is professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. Treatment wasn’t painful at all. Price was reasonable. Thank you Dr. Haneen
The best service I ever received at a Dr. Office. The Dr. Is caring and takes the time to explain procedures. Dr. Haneen Al-Gerrah is a sweet, kind and caring Dr. You couldn’t ask for more… I would recommend her as a Dr. She is very professional on an extreme high level. Never met such a caring Dr. Before… The staff there is awesome as well, I give them all a 5 star out of 5 for services, caring and friendliness
I’ve been coming to this clinic since it opened in March 2020. Dr.Hannen is incredible, her medical knowledge and level of care is incomparable to many others. She takes the time to listen to patients concerns and addresses every issue with a high level of professionalism. Ala is also an incredible nurse, she too listens to patient concerns and works well with the doctor. She does my blood work and I’ve NEVER bruised, she’s amazing!! The staff works as a cohesive unit to provide seamless and efficient care. Well done!
Dr. Haneen is a medical goddess of love, kindness, insight, knowledge, sympathy, gracefulness,trustworthiness etc. How precise her diagnosis is! How godly her prediction is! How infinite her comprehension is! How noble her reason is. Both my wife and I used to live in Oakville and moved to Mississauga last August and we continue visit Hansen as our family doctor. We simply can’t tear away from her. My regular blood sugar was 9.3 before meeting her in February 2022 and dropped to 6.3 a month and a half ago and my wife high and low blood pressures used to be 160-100 and now is 110-70. The same is true of my in-laws’ situation. And what is more, both my daughter Jean and her husband Andrew have fallen in love with her as their family doctor after accompanying us and their parents a few times recently. Haneen’s popularity with us is not an isolated phenomenon. The whole clinic is an incomparable team in unison. Its manager Allaa is really down to earth. Her injection skill is perfect that you will feel no pain at all. All her staff members are great servants in its full sense. My family and I are more than grateful to them all.
Responsive and kind receptionists. Always easy to get an appointment within reasonable time. Approachable doctors that genuinely care. Clean and hygienic.
