Last time I was there, a male employee literally snapped at me because I “mis-identified” the material and purpose of a blouse lol! I was so taken aback by how rude he was I couldn’t answer back right away! Fantasized for days going back there and giving him a piece of my mind but missed my moment hahahah Anyway, spend your hard-earned money on stores and employees who deserve it, that’s my suggestion.

I have shopped at this store multiple times whenever I need a quick affordable outfit for a one off event. The only off putting thing is every time I am internet his store I am followed around. It doesn’t matter if I’m the only person in the store or if the store has other customers. The quality of the clothing is okay for the price point but I’m tired of going in and being followed. The store isn’t even that big. This is a gross way to treat customers and very off putting. I don’t even get this treatment in Saks or Nordstrom. I will no longer keep spending money somewhere they obviously do not trust me to shop their $40 clothing.

I stopped by today and the staff members didn't acknowledge my husband and I. No hello, or how can I help you? I really wanted to buy a couple of tops/blouses, but why giving them the business for such poor customer service. One service associate was just staring at us while we were looking at the clothes. Too bad! We went to Express, down the street, and I ended up making a purchase there. I wish, I could give this store zero stars

Saw a bag I liked, went inside, took a closer look, decided yep I like it, but told the customer service rep I don't want to be impulsive lol, then I came back to buy it LOL and I have zero regrets. It's super nice. Great quality vegan leather tote. thank you! : It's a pretty big store and has great clothing, all seemed like pretty good quality from the small amount I looked at. Some faux fur and gaudy in a good way, to me! stuff which I LOVE so will be coming back

The cutest clothing I’ve seen in a while! I’ve been stuck with the same stores and designs I always get for special occasions but now I’ll return to Hanger for every party I attend. Truly unique pieces that you will never see anyone wear at any party. My mom and I bought something so it’s truly for young and more mature customers. The staff was very nice and quick to encourage you to try on the clothing. So excited to wear the dress I got today for NYE.

I found this store while spending time with my mom and sister. It looks amazing outside and inside since the clothes are beautiful! Unfortunately, one of the ladies owners was rude to my sister because she thought she was holding up the space for the dressing rooms. Which by the way they only have four little room. I don't know if she thought it was me the whole time because I went in first to try on ONE blouse and then she did the same after me. To the other three room, there was a group of ladies like 20's trying on 5-6 dresses or maybe more! The owners I believe were all giggly with them and guess what? the group didn't buy anything! I just couldn't believe the woman told off my sister for "spending too much time" in a dressing room. It was even in front of my mother like a little of respect to your customers! I even got attitude from the lady on the register. The clothes are beautiful but I won't return if the behavior or vibe is the same like this. Which by the way was my FIRST visit.

Please do not shop here. The quality of their clothes are very cheap, the owner is rude which is why there are no refunds just exchanges/store credit which they make it seem like a hassle when you try. UPDATE: The store commented back and said the owner is a women. Hi ! I did meet you and you were very rude. You’re who I’m talking about I am writing an accurate review you are on Steinway and have been there for 10 years. Please take accountability! Thanks!

This little boutique is such a hidden gem! For the last two years, it has been my go-to spot for any special occasion outfits. Anywhere I wear their clothes I’m constantly asked where I purchased them. The staff is incredibly helpful and I tip my hat to whoever is in charge of their inventory/clothing collection. Amazing pieces!

I had shopped in this store several times and had a fine experience, but their archaic return policy has caused me to change my mind and I will no longer be shopping here. I am aware of the policy, but attempted to return an item the same day. I of course was not allowed and given credit. The problem is the items are very hit or miss quality wise so I kept waiting for something better and life happened and before I know it the credit period expired a few days ago and I'm out $52. No exceptions. Not sure how they expect people to be repeat customers with that treatment when there are so many more options available now. Don't waste your time or money.
