Beautiful in store design. Offers regular and plus sizes. Accessories, beauty, and self care items in addition to apparel. They have a loyalty program as well. The only thing I've noticed is a lot of the items seem to be for taller people or those with longer torsos I am 5'5" avg height of US women so I'm not short so be sure to try before you buy.

Really bad return policy, and they were really bitchy. Horrible people.  They sell clothes that are defective and as soon as the possibility of return is brought up, they start calling their own merchandise “garbage”. I said if they wouldn’t let me exchange then I didn’t want it and just wanted to leave it there since I would just throw it away. They told me to throw it in the trash can outside the store! They also say immature things like they are not responsible because they didn’t “make” the clothes. What store clerk would say that? The bottom line is, they don’t take pride in what they sell.  Can’t shop at stores where they consider the merchandise “garbage” as soon as it leaves their hand.  It’s just scammy.

The kindest staff, great rewards program, and amazingly special items you can’t find anywhere else. Love, love, love Lockwood!
