What a good morning I had today!….my husband purchased diamond stud earrings that I had wanted for a while.. Donna at Hannoush Jewelers Clifton Park was such a great salesperson and found me the earrings that are perfect. We always have had a great experience over the years at Hannoush.
I usually do not leave reviews but Allen deserves all 5 stars. Very professional and knowledgeable person that explained every little detail on choosing the right ring and diamond. I would recommend everyone to go see him before making a decision regardless if they decide to go with another jeweler. You can not beat the costumer service and price we received from Allen. Thanks a million A+++
On 1/16/23, we went into Hannoush Jewelers in Clifton Park with the intent to fix my Rudy ring. We were warmly greeted by Allen Johnson. Long story short, l left with a gorgeous, brand new Rudy ring with Diamonds!! I was thrilled, as it was a gift from my husband! Allen was amazing throughout the transaction - professional, knowledgeable, personable and fun!! Incredible experience and they have SO many lovely pieces. When in the market for jewelry in the future, we will turn to Hannoush Jewelers! Thank you, sincerely

Donna was great! Didn't try to upsell or push anything on me. She gave her honest opinion and helped me find the perfect engagement ring within my budget. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!
I have had a great experience with Donna, she helped me navigate appraisals for my mothers jewelry and most recently helped me with some jewelry that need to repaired and made sure the jeweler would fix one very expensive earring and made sure the jeweler was able to fix it. I would not hesitate to ask for Donna when you come Visit the Clifton Park location.

First time going here and it was amazing. Donna made this a great experience. Very patient and helpful without any pressure. Turns out I had to go back a week later to exchange my purchasedaughter wanted something different. Donna was there again and made it easy to exchange. I will continue to go here for all my jewelry purchases!
My husband and I went into Hannoush on the afternoon of our 13th wedding anniversary. 11 years ago I lost my wedding and engagement ring and never got them replaced. So for our anniversary my husband told me it was time to pick out a ring! We met Allen and Andy who were so helpful and listened to our story about why we were there. We had such a great experience 13 years ago with Albert at Hannoush that we knew we had to go back there for my new ring! In less then an hour I found my dream ring!! And because it was a special day they made sure to size my ring and have it back by that evening!! Allen left the store and drove it himself to get sized. I couldn't believe it. By 5:30 that afternoon I had a call saying my ring was back at the Clifton Park store and ready for me! I was in tears. They said they didn't want me to go another day without a ring. That right there is what makes this place the absolute best. They made our anniversary one of the most memorable!
