I visited Hannoush this evening to custom design a ring, Ali was absolutely amazing to work with! He was very kind, friendly and professional, his personality and energy made feel as if I’ve known him forever, he definitely made it very easy, comfortable and relaxing for me while I was there. I also had the pleasure of being helped by Alex when I was ready to complete my design purchase. Alex was also very kind, friendly and professional. The two of them made me laugh and smile during my entire visit! I would go back just to say hi because they are that awesome! I’m very excited about this ring and with the help of Ali and Alex this ring is going to be gorgeous! I also have to mention Ali asked if I would like any jewelry cleaned while I was there, I gave him my wedding rings and it was a good thing I did and he asked, he found I had a stone that was chipped which he and Alex showed me under the microscope so now my ring is being sent out for repair, had I not given him my ring I may have lost my stone and off set the entire setting. I honestly am over the Moon happy with my experience at Hannoush in the Holyoke Mall. Thank you Ali and Alex, you guys are amazing!!
This review is an informative review. And kind of a think twice before you buy from this jeweler. I purchased a Breitling Watch back in 2021, great looking watch unfortunately it had a faded serial number. I didn’t notice right away my biggest mistake. A year later I Try to sell it to two other jewelers they noticed the watch serial number was faded. So basically for luxury watches anything faded or missing devalues the watch completely. No one wants to deal with it. I went back to Hannoush to see if they can help me out. They were terrible they say oh it’s there it’s just faded not even trying to call the company Breitling to see if they can fix the issue. Nothing. It’s my loss I own several businesses and I wanted to keep local businesses and show them support. In my experience not even worth it. Watch cost $4700 plus $300 and something dollars for warranty to get ping pong ball from one store to the other, and all the stores say oh another brother owns this store we can’t see nothing of your records you purchase here. I loss my receipts bad practice on my part. Like I said I take the loss but the stores never even tried to help me or correct the problem. So just be careful when buying from them. They are like car dealerships they wine you and dime you to take your money, once they have your money they don’t want to be bothered with you. So basically they found a sucker me to sell a defective watch too, I didn’t realize it right away so diplomatically they are telling oh well your loss nothing we can do. Worst customer experience in my life. You live and learn never doing business with them again. It’s funny too Alex was the one that sent out my watch to buff and fix a bezel under warranty in June 2022 . Now I come back and he says I have no record. If I had all my receipts I would of taken them to small claims court. It’s ok today is me tomorrow who knows what businesses can go under due to the economy. Enough said just becareful people when purchasing. That’s all.
Worked with Ali Mourad, Assistant Manager. Very low pressure, did not follow us around the store. Allowed us to look for our wedding bands for as long as we wanted. When we were ready he came over. Very friendly. Measured our fingers and got us our wedding bands for a discounted price. Got 2 rings for probably the price of one. Very good overall experience!
THE BEST experience - was interested in purchasing a new watch & the owner came right up to me, was incredibly nice, and helped me find the exact style watch I was looking for! They were able to size it to my wrist then and there and I was able to walk out with a beautiful watch in under 15 minutes! I would absolutely recommend anyone go here & I, myself, will certainly be returning! <3
I came in just to browse and maybe get a graduation gift. I was met by the nicest and most patient associateJeremy who showed me beautiful pieces and made sure I left with something within my budget. I as well was then helped by a lovely associateCaroline in the Pandora section and left very happy with my pieces. Both made my experience here amazing.
Went to the mall looking to resize watches and found ourselves in Hannoush, with an overall great staff. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful to not only us but anyone who walked in! Jeremy was fantastic and initiated our experience but Ali MADE the experience. He was not only beyond personable and handled everything we went in for difficult sizing at that but felt like we truly made a friend from here on out. This location is over an hour away but any needs in the future we will be sure to go see him. Highly recommend!!!
My fiancée has a significant interest in luxury watches, so we had stopped in while passing by to just see what was on the market with certain brands. We were welcomed by Ace who helped us throughout our visit, showing different options and varieties as he picked up on what our specific tastes were. Notice was taken on my engagement ring so I was offered a complimentary ring cleaning, as well as Jeremy showing me what available to the ladies. Both Jeremy and Ave are very personable, speak to you by name, and allow you to take in how the jewelry looks on you. Jeremy and Ace are very good at what they do, an asset to Hannoush as a business. Don’t worry, I really did love that Longines, and you may very well see me again.
Best service I’ve ever received at a jewelry store! I purchased a Longines watch from them 8/3/2022, and I plan to go back for my next purchase. The staff was so friendly and helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Ace Khan and Jeremy Morse spent time and worked hard to get me exactly what I was looking for, and they even offered to get me Starbucks while I waited! I’ve NEVER had service quite like this… it made me feel special, and that’s how you treat a customer. They made my day! The whole team really went above and beyond to make me happy. For that, I will be back to continue the perfect customer/AD relationship that we started. A huge thank you to Hannoush of Holyoke!!
I had a great experience yesterday working with Ace and Alex! Ace was very friendly and welcoming when I entered the store. He asked the right questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Best in the business!!
