I needed a watch piece that I could not find for the face plate of my Casio. They took my name and watch model number and researched for me. Two days later they called me back saying that the part is no longer available but they took the time and effort to actually look for me and make the call to let me know the results. I was impressed with that!
Went in to get help with a bracwlet i got for my birthday and a question about an older chain. Left with bracelet on/fitting wonderfully and a new chain. Ms. MARY AND Ms Jennie helped expain why my old chain was falling apart and kinking after had been worked on elswhers hollow and when the other jeweler worked on it, made kinks more possible! Never told me that. I now have a chain that is adjustable so i dont have to experience not being able to wear my most beloved cross pendant again! Going BACK for Mother’s Day Gift soon!! Note: this is my second real “experience” there. One was shortly after they oppened and the jewlwer sized my class rings. That was all good work too!
Very unprofessional business. I was quoted and promised a price to have some jewelry fixed 8 days ago. Only to be called later with 3 different prices then what I was promised.i contacted Jeff Dimuzio upon this matter only to be told there was nothing he could to to better the pricing to make a customer happy. His exact words were what do you expect me to do lose money, I run a business. Very unprofessional! Do not take your business there!!
I love this company! Family business you can trust. They really do go above and beyond. Only Jewlery place I’ll ever shop at!
Cindy was very pleasant, and helpful. They are an Alex and Ani dealer which is why i came.
