Lola saw the Dr and even though we were not there she gave us a full review of our concerns and made sure to give us all of our treatment options. She was very accommodating and you could tell she loves her job! Lola was also boarded at HPCC, it’s the only place we trust to take her to. We love the fact that she has her TV time and play time while she is there. Check out was quick and easy, they let us know how she did and how she ate and acted while she was there. It is very was reassuring to here feedback at pick up.
The staff at Hanover is always amazing! They have helped our dog that we adopted as a senior through so many health issues. Every person that works there is very kind, informative, and professional. I've never had a bad experience in the 4 years I've been coming here. The staff are always friendly and polite and they really do care about the animals. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable and genuinely want what's best for the animal. I'll be going here for many more years to come and I highly recommend bringing your pets here for any care and needs.
I bring both my chinchilla and my puppy here and always receive excellent friendly care. We moved farther from this location but continue to make the drive - definitely worth it! It's hard to find an animal hospital that sees exotics and regular pets... it's nice to receive care for all of my animals in one place! Thank you!
Very accommodating, warm, and friendly. Doctor and technician are very knowledgeable and they were thorough in walking me through what I need to do. Lastly, they healed Chase with the meds they gave. I saw an immediate response from Chase feeling better right away. Thank you so much!!!!

My Dog Champs has been coming to Hanover Park Animal Care Center for 12 yrs. Your staff has always… been patient, caring and knowledgeable about helping us with Champs care! Overall I give 5 stars! Everyone her is amazing!!
My cat had bladdder stones, and this veterinary office prescribed my the wrong medications for my cats problems. I continued to bring my VERY sick cat to them for 8 weeks, spent close to $2,000 dollars. They could not fix him and recommended surgery for 2-4,000 dollars. I took him ONE time to a new vet, and they cured my cat in one visit with the CORRECT medication he needed. I believe this vet site is corrupt and money seeking. Does NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS. MONEY SEEKING$$$$$

EDIT: while this hospital has provided excellent service in the past, to keep their reputation, they need to stay away from hiring "Drs" like Ms.Creger. Her inability and unwillingness to work with patients is unmatched. My senior dog's UTI came back so we wanted something as basic as a refill of antibiotics that have proven to work in the past prescribed by a different Dr at the same hospital. I was told that would not be possible without a visit. So we scheduled the visit being well aware that would be an extra cost. Next thing I learned was I wouldn't get a refill. Instead, I was asked if I'd agree to ultrasound, a $300 BRAF test, and/or an urine sample which was not an option at the time as his bladder was empty. Taking it all into consideration I asked for a 2nd refill, and proposed that if the UTI comes back so will we to do all the tests. That option was immediately dismissed, instead she started talking about Hippocratic Oath and how unconfortable she was. As if I was asking for opioids. At this point it was clear we were not getting any help here. Or being heard out. To put the cherry on top she made sure to remind me that I still owed for the exam. What exam? I paid and left. This review is not to discourage you to visit this hospital. Just be mindful of who do you allow to treat your pet. At the end of the day it is you paying the bill. Thank you for reading this far.
