Happy Healthy U was developed several years ago from a session with a female who had experienced a great loss and was attempting to find herself again. It has since grown to include a nutritional component, giving it a more holistic modality of guiding others to move forward from whatever it is that is keeping them stagnant, angry, anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, frustrated, helpless, hopeless, lost, etc
