I've been coming to this place since it opened. Today I went to get my car washed. I have the membership, I asked the young girl for a towel she wanted to charge me. I told her I have the membership she told me with an attitude "you have the membership not the full service". So I have to get full service for a damn towel? I didn't want to argue so I left. I don't know why she even works there if she doesn't have any customer service skills. With people like that who wants to even go there. Go learn some common sense about how customer service works. I'm not going to pay 40 for the membership plus 30 for full service just for a towel.
Great car wash if you are local to the area. Buy the monthly plan! $40/month for UNLIMITED washes and free towel, air freshener, and dash wipes. They do have cheaper options but this is the best value as premium wash is $18 each time. I got a plan for my work van and wife's SUV. Maximum clearance is 7' 11" and the signs are posted. Great place. Definitely recommend

I only take my daily driver beater car here for a quick wash because my HOA still isn’t letting us wash our own cars. I would never take a car with paint that still looks nice thru this type of auto wash with material that drags or brushes against the paint. You’re just asking for swirl marks and micro scratches that build up over time and look worse and worse. For our nicer car we go to Miami Auto Spa on PCH. But if your looking for a quick wash and you don’t care too much about your car’s paint then this place is fine. Oh, and you’ll still see some places on your car with dirt you’ll have to clean off by hand. Just the nature of these auto washes. P.S. The first time I used this place I used my credit card and a couple of days later there was fraudulent activity spotted by my bank. Maybe just a coincidence but in any event I always pay cash now.
First time coming to this carwash. I really like this car wash. I wish one of these was actually by where I live. Prices are very good. The wash was excellent. I even got a free car freshener with a too quality dry cloth for $6.00 I believe the gentleman said Wednesday special. Still an awesome deal. Thank you for the low prices at a time where inflation is ridiculous. Respectful employees, also don't forget the free vacuum stations, which are quite a few. Peace.
The first time I was here was good for the price. I liked that they give you an air freshener and a dash wipe. I went again yesterday and after I had paid and was already in the rail to go in, the attendant stood in front of my closed window and loudly said “your car is too big, if it gets damaged it’s not my fault” while making rude hand gestures. Why didn’t they say so before I paid? Or at least before I was already in the rail. They do have a sign about “oversized vehicles” not fitting BUT I DRIVE AN SUV! The sign does not state any measurements or types of vehicles. Luckily my car was not damaged but under that poor customer service AND the fact that apparently my SUV is too big, I will not be returning. The attendant also didn’t tape my rear windshield like he did all the other vehicles in front of me.
Quite disappointing. I went here for the first time. I ordered the $9 wash. I would expect they use some soap, but instead the machine gave me bubbles. I thought "ooh, this looks like a fun novelty", but once I passed that phase, it was all water and steam and air. Nothing more. For $8 I can get a lot more out of Costco's car wash because, get this, they actually use soap. I don't want to use Costco's Car Wash because that's where zombies shop, but for $9 and All I get is a bubble show, that's really disappointing. Do better. Add more soap at this price range to compete.
Really loved this car wash. Friendly staff, good prices, free vacuum at the end. They even have a monthly membership if that is your thing. They have plenty of room to finish off the car in the parking lot. If one is willing to put in a little work at the end this is a real value.
Very convenient location and people are always so nice. But 18 dollars is to much. When some other car washes have a little more, like pressured air and better vacuums. And the highest price is 13 dollars. But other then that always a great experience.
