Bigger than I expected, comparable to Cypress Swapmeet in size. At first, parking can be a bit complicated some handicap parking is actually located farther away than regular parking but once I found the parking structure there were open handicap spots as well as EV charging stations free of charge. There are LOTS of vendors selling everything from clothing to housewares to furniture. I think the biggest difference I noticed is that there are less "higher end" products being sold here. For example, not as much Nordstrom designer clothes, more of Macy's and Costco level brands. Still was able to find some Skims and popular activewear brands. The area the college is located in is not the best area but the college itself felt safe and the vendors and people were friendly. Bathrooms need a lot of work, toilets were flooding with several out of order and there aren't many to begin with. Overall, it's a nice swapmeet, it's close to where I now live and I will definitely be going back. Vendors tend to change over time so hopefully I'll be seeing more higher end, designer stuff soon.
You gotta visit this place! It's super fun and full of good stuff. A family place to spend a sunday afternoon.
Great for a walking , you may find something interesting, there is also good food around as well as restrooms and a big parking lot, but may not be enough for the visitors. Enjoy your walk and have fun!
The new rules they have suck but it's not fair that the vendors are allowed to walk around and start buying the good stuff from other vendors. If they going to have the rules where us the customers are not allowed to start shopping till 8am that should also apply to the vendors just now I saw people waking around shopping am going to have a word with errand
Great deals everyone can enjoy throughout the day. Men's and Ladies rooms do get crowded. Food trucks selling tacos, ice cream and breakfast are available too.
The bathroom is very bad. smells really strong.bad cleaning job they used plain water. No deodorants or cleaning detergent. I talked to one of the janitors and he told me to go to the office to make a complaint. He was very rude. Maybe they don't use what they spouse to use. Because they don't care. ..
Great place to find good deals for all sorts of items. Highly recommended. But be wary, it gets extremely crowded and can be quite hard to find a place to park.
You can always find things you're looking for and things you don't. Great selection from shoes to jewelry, children's toys/clothing. Free admission and parking, but I suggest you come early for better parking7am. There's also catering trucks for food.
Definitely won’t be back here after getting stuck in their parking structure for over 2 hours with my screaming baby and their worthless security/staff and the even more worthless officers standing around and watching as people fought, got in and out of their cars with screaming children and didn’t even have the decency to direct traffic at the very least to help alleviate the problem. We were in the same spot on the very top of the parking structure for over 2 hours. And what’s even worse is that they watched as pedestrians literally got out of their cars and started directing traffic like they’re the ones being payed to be here. This place is so ridiculously lazy.
It's okay if you just want to walk around but not really buying anything especially the veggies why because they're bought at a packinghouse god-knows-where and then they resold at the swap meet and then of course some prices are cheap like a dollar and so forth but then again it goes back to the same thing you bought this out of packing house to resell at a swap meet and you're giving people cheap prices a dollar a pound and whatnot but then again it's been traveled for so many hours in an enclosed truck with no refrigeration and it's very sad looking and then it spoils by the next day even though it's a dollar a pound I really don't make any sense of this some of the stuff is very sad and then of course you have to remember the quality of this stuff I'm very highly concerned about this because I have children myself and I would be very careful as to what I feed them especially your vegetables
