If I could give them a 0 I would. They won't answer the phone, the communication between them and customers is ridiculous. It took countless calls and some elevated tone of voice to get my uniforms here. They didn't let me know items were on backorder, and won't be available until after the season is over. I requested a refund for the backordered items, and after 3 weeks I have still not received the refund. I have been shuffled around from individual to individual with no end in sight. I hope our local soccer league drops this company as a provider of uniforms!
It’s been almost a week and no mock up or art work for my request. I did get a quote but no details with specifics of uniform. Very poor customer service. Trying to purchase 200 plus youth basketball uniforms. Requested mock up via phone and email. Another company already has given me 5 mock ups to chose from in one day. Really surprised by the poor attention.
I have been using Score for 4 years. Maryjoe in sales/customer service is amazing. She is courteous, prompt, helpful and willing to listen to me. She makes sure everything is perfect, from designing our team logos to coordinating and completing our uniforms. She consistently goes above and beyond in her service and followup to ensure I am getting exactly what I want.
There is lots to like with Score if you are running a youth or adult sports league. The area reps are responsive. There is an excellent mix of colors and uniform styles. We're able to order the same uniform, but in 14 distinct colors for our biggest divisions. Delivery is reliable and replacement orders are usually available within 7 days. This past year we sent the jerseys to one location for sponsor screening and the shorts and socks to another for final delivery. There were no problems and made life much easier for our local screener. We have been Score clients for over a decade. Besides uniforms, we order balls, first-aid kits, and we've ordered paint on occasion. We send our newly-minted refs their way, too.
Cannot speak highly enough about MaryJoe! She always goes above and beyond for us. From small orders for our individual teams to huge orders for our association - she handles it all with no problems or complaints. The one time there was a mistake made with the printing on one of our orders -- she had it fixed and in my hands in Texas the NEXT DAY. The quality of the uniforms is always great as is the service!
First time I ordered from Score, I had a problem with exchanges. Had to do a lot of work on my end to get it right, and it left a sour taste in my mouth. It didn't really seem to be resolved until I took my woes to the internet and posted a bad review after 3 months of emails and calls. Score then made it right very quickly. With a new soccer season upon us, I had some new kids assigned to my team and had to get them kitted out. I wanted to keep the same uniforms as last season to keep costs down for all the returning kids, so I went back to Score Sports to order 4 new uniforms for the 4 new kids. My order was correct and received quickly. Both first and second time I ordered, they filled the order quickly. Prices are very competitive compared to locations in my area. I would just encourage customers to know exactly what you want so you don't have to go through the exchange / return process.
Perfect jerseys' quality and customer service! I ordered two jerseys, received both earlier than expected, but one of them was not that I ordered. So I contacted the customer support and they send me one for free! Like this company and will suggest to my friends! Stan
I recently bought a kit for my daughter and one pair of the shorts was smaller than the other. I took them in and Berlin was great. She exchanged the smaller shorts for the proper size. Both women that helped me today were great. Thank you.
I have nothing but praise for my rep Janeanne Perez. Her customer service is 110%. She always has the most pleasant and friendly demeanor. She follows your order from start to finish. Score should be proud that Janeanne works for them.
We LOVE score sports and they do a fantastic job with communication, time-frame, and are just the easiest to work with. ESPECIALLY ERICA CABALLERO!!!!! She is ALWAYS on top of it and is always a step ahead of me and mike. Did I mention that Erica is fantastic and so happy she is our rep here at Harrisburg Parks and Recreation!
