This store sells things on their signs but cannot get their product here or they don't have anything for sale even though they have the signs up. Don't come here. I have been in better harbor freights. The service sucks too It's like I'm putting them out of their way.
Always a great place to go for one time use tools, and projects that require a special tool you would not otherwise purchase. Estimated we would spend around $150 to complete the project but got out of Harbor Freight for under $60.
I enjoy Harbor Freight. Unfortunately the staff at this location are really struggling to provide a good experience. The store itself is well stocked with many items hard to find elsewhere. However, the staff is not as helpful compare to other stores in the area. Specifically, they are horribly bad at offering deals, coupons, or other discounts for the many items HF often has on sale. If you do not have the coupon pulled up on your phone, they won't give it to you. They have the coupons printed out right there by the register. You can point to it and say "THAT ONE!" They STILL won't give you the coupon unless you simply bring it up on your phone and show them. With the way Harbor Freight does coupons constant new rounds every few days, this is just stupidly silly behavior. I realize this isn't entirely their fault HF should change their system. The store manager could acknowledge the system is fundamentally flawed and have their staff work around it.
I just wish I would’ve discovered this place a few thousand dollars sooner! They have comparable tools to Home Depot and Lowe’s but for much lower prices! Many of their options still have warranties and I have yet to break one over multiple years now! Their staff has always appeared knowledgeable and friendly! You’d be surprised to find some of the tools and items here that you will; so I recommend you come here to investigate your options on new tools before hitting a big box store next time!
I cannot say enough good things about the staff at all the HFT I visit. Today, the weather was terrible and their were delays on the freeway. Stopped in to get a transmission jack, but they were sold. With the bad news I was handed a post-it with the location of all the nearby HFT that had it. Thanks for the service.
My go to place for many tools where buying an expensive name brand doesn’t matter. I stop here at least for any project.
Harbor Freight used to be the place to go to get good tools at cheap prices now you just get kind of good tools and expensive prices I don't know what happened to these people maybe they got greedy
Had what I needed but everyone was clueless to what I wanted and had never heard of the item even though they keep it in stock. I had to push them and tell them that it indeed was a part the company carried. Only then did they go the extra mile and try to find it. 4 stars because unlike every other company, they actually have parts most auto places do not.
Always clean. Product faced beautifully. Sometimes the line to the cashier gets long when it gets busy but the selection is good. I am always losing my husband in here.
Sold me a broken generator and didn’t accept a return and wouldn’t swap it out for a new one that works
